The reissued one comes with the add-on kit.

I have both G1 and Hasbro/Fansproject Magnus+ City commander and I can say that I much prefer the fansproject effort, as while the G1 magnus has old-skool cool, its also got next to no articulation and easily breakable parts - hands up who broke the flimsy missile launchers or snapped the tabs on the legs/rear doors of the trailer! The Fansproject trailer has its weak points, but they're forgivable in a adult collector's item instead of something supposed to be a child's toy.

Not necessarilly. Prime's smokestacks can break, some Autobot cars have roofs that are prone to breakage, even the giant Metroplex has a lot of breakable joints, especially his waist.

i think transformers toys has kinda... err.. kinda pussify from having missile launching these days as their afraid to hit kids in the eye or any 4 yrs old danger you can think of involving projectile toys. lol

Remember SDCC Soundwave? yeah they disable the missile launcher on that too.

i have the nemasis version you can remove the head(if im correct) or just lleave it then the face slides of leaving the helmet

the faces just slide out. the head is on a small peg that slides into the silver 'neck' part pull the entire head off, then pull the face plate out by the chin and swap away.

awesome review, thanks for showing me the 'alternative' way to attach the missile launchers for us early adopters...

just let me go check... I know it works on TFCON Powered Commander... yeah the original seems to be glued in... maybe they tossed those in in case you have Shadow @ powered commanders
