How does Romney and Pam Bondi promoting states rights, and for states to implement whatever healthcare system fits them better somehow equate Mitt Romney imposing a federal system in all 50 states? The two are opposite legal, logical and political systems!

Only now that Romney's running are some changing their argument to say it's a good thing for states, but not for the federal government. The question that should be asked is if Pam Bondi believes a health care insurance mandate is constitutional for Florida.

As for the repeal of ObamaCare, this will happen either through the Judiciary if and when the Supreme Court finds it unconstitutional, or through the Legislature in the form of a GOP-controlled Congress.

Mitt has said he wants to let the STATES decide their own answer. He wants to create good HC by having policies that give states their rights to decide what to do. It's called federalism, which is a misnomer since it stands for states-rights, or making each state a laboratory of what works and what doesn't work. Other states are able to learn from Massachussetts' experiment for instance.

Note that Romney advisor Norm Coleman said earlier this week, "You will not repeal the act in its entirety...You can't whole-cloth throw it out."
