Here's a plausible explanation: Brian started buttoning his shirt wrong, but when the camera goes to Justin, Brian is looking down at his shirt, noticing the mistake, and by the time the camera is back on Brian, he is buttoning his shirt correctly. We can't expect to see every moment in a scene.
Yes! You were right. In this scene, it shows that brian didn't button his shirt properly but at the hospital, the shirt is button properly. What a stupid mistake...But it doesn't matter. i still love this shows and watch it time to time.
This is the only one that i noticed out of the few that you posted. It is buttoned right when they are running down the hall of the hospital. Damn your good. One of these days i will be able to take my eyes off of Gale long enough to see these things.
well, i think those things are no bloopers.. because this the special cutting in qaf.. you always see those repeatings.. and i love it.. that makes it even more fantastic interesting and wonderful ♥_♥
yeah, I can see it. His shirt is longer on the left side (right side as we see it) when he fist buttons it, and then it is perfectly lined in the next clip. You can see it on how the collar around his neck is. But I don't think you should call it a blooper, it's just a small continuity error.

I noticed this when I saw it. But I think it goes with the scene. He's in a hurry, he might be a little high. He doesn't give a shit. =D
Though his shirt is buttoned correctly later.

Ok, let me explain something. A blooper is a mistake/stuff up made by the actors. This is what is called an editing mistake. There, is a difference.
