And for the record, smoking does NOT cause cancer, it TRIGGERS cancer. Everyone has cancerous cells in their body, but dormant. Smoking in certain people can make these cells become active, triggering the cancer you are told that is "caused" by smoking.

Killed by combination of a regulation forcing them to smoke outside, and horribly unsafe installations. The theoric effects smoking could have on their life expectency didn't even come into play. This is about as irrational as the anti-pot commercials that go "Just tell your grandma you don't wanna go see her cause you got high."
