@chargrilledcharlie A previous passenger had dropped a mobile phone in the cockpit. Over a few eeks it made its way down to the rear of the aircraft and during some vertical aerobatics it became wedged in the Elevator control Quadrant jamming it solid! Very lucky as another Yak went straight into the ground a couple of years before due to a similar event. All ok aprt from disks in back being damaged.
How did you lose the elevator? Couldn't use trim for additional pressure on the flight controls? Hope you're ok mate
