Probably vinces idea to change so much of gang and alot of other hardcore uwf/mid south guys he misused. when he became akeem, i knew wrestling was in trouble. the gang was one of my favorite big men.

Jive Soul Bro was one of the best themes of the 80s/90s WWF, but I don't think it fit One Man Gang's persona too well. Definitely suited him better when he became Akeem.

Wrestling wasn't very competative then,they would always bring a novice out to wrestle one of the more popular wrestlers and you knew who was going to win before the match even started.

Reno Riggims was actually a pretty talented wrestler when he wasn't jobbing in the WWF. He actually won the USWA heavyweight belt a few times, and holds victories over guys like Jeff Jarrett and Jerry Lawler.

I loved working with Gang. For a big guy he new how to take care of you and not hurt you. He later worked for me in Nashville TN when I was running a promotion called Main Event. Gang is a class act.
