  • 48 can't manage Adobe after effect

  • Nice effect you got there ;)

  • that's a very fast cameraman

  • how ?

  • Thats awesome! A great job for sure!

  • I like it but I do have something to say about the bullet. The reflection map in the bullet doesn't fit the scene and at 0:11 you can see a line in the reflection map because it isn't loop able, for the rest nice video :D

  • Way better than the other ones cause this one you can see the shell doesn't come out so fast

  • @stelioskarachalios Thats not right. The bullet was made by my self in C4D, and not from this greenscreen video. They look al same because all use the same setings like in the Videp Copilot tutorial (i'm too). But thanks for the compliment :)

  • Chuck Norris told the gun not to recoil

  • tip: for making it more realistic give hure hand a bit of a shock, not hold it so stil lwhen the bullet comes out it has allot of pressure...

  • Oh wow the silencer is amazing!

  • can you give me the effect?

  • nice vfx

  • He doesn't even press the trigger

  • no blowback on pistol?

  • watch this

  • How did you make the muzzle flash? looks cool :)

  • where can i get this bullet ? i NEED it!!!!!!

  • watch?v=aPXNSwnLixo

  • how did you create those bullet trails?

  • good stuff!!!! but could have made cracking back the gun look more realistic

  • bullet is fine, but timing is bad :)

  • andrew kramer.....spell it right!!!!!

  • @Human3xtube sry ;)

  • @Human3xtube it is spelled right in the description

  • Too bad you didn't show where the bullet ends up!

  • where did you get the gun from

  • @likeshisshoes I have buy the gun. It's a SIG SAUER P229.

  • @ActronFilter is it airsoft or a real gun? cause if it s a real gun, just get a highspeed camera and u have a very reallistic bullet time:D

  • @DjMaddixen That is a mechanic and not an actor. I think the bullet isn't bad and not very good.

  • @ActronFilter

yeah okay the main animation of the muzzle flash etc isnt bad but your texture of the bullet is really bad i mean its silver and it doesnt has any texture

  • @ActronFilter

    It is good

  • @ActronFilter LOL! XD

  • @DjMaddixen hey, maybe you should show us, how your animated bullet looks like. this man gave his best, and i can say, it's quite a good bullet and by the way I doubt, that you can animate a better bullet

  • @gettinghighfy

andrew kramer gave a complete tutorial with all needed textures for a perfect bullet and it isnt possible to follow step by step?

    his bullet sucks

in 2weeks my next combat arms montage will come out and in my intro ive animated a much better bullet

  • @DjMaddixen If you didn't like it, don't be a dick about it. And the bullet is just fine.

  • @DjMaddixen Can You Do any better?!

  • @TheHypercamgamesman yes of course because its really not hard to make a bullet looking like the one in the tutorial of videocopilot. if you followe them step by step it looks 1000times better. maybe he has skipped the part showing the texturing of the bullet because the coulor and the texture could be much better.

  • no recoil ? :(

  • Can you make the bullet clip any longer?

  • hey man what camera did you use for this?

  • @MineskiTV I use a "Panasonic HDC DX1"

  • cool

  • cool

  • awesome

  • Good, but overused

  • @Snapshot290 Can this be used on mw2 or cod 4 clips For example on Montages?

    PLEASE REPLY

  • @RKmDreaMz Im not the one toask, but i can advise you to not add to the massivly growing number of MW fanboy videos. Just sayin bro.

  • Uhhhhhhh...... ive never really seen a silent bullet before :)

  • which version did you use

  • @Zooker1999 After Effects CS3 und Cinema4D R10.

  • it looks way off.

  • Why so serious?

  • @DayleDaMan or download a torrent and not be a noob

  • Andrew crimer from videocopilot.

  • @bhramhum andrew kramer ;)

  • @DayleDaMan Or! Torrents ftw! If you're willing to break the law that is.

  • Can I do this thing Just by Adobe After Effects ?

    Or I have to work with 3dMax & 4D ???????

  • @bardksa No you need 3dMax or Cinema 4D too. You also can use Blender it's freeware!

  • see i was thinking abought getting that as well

  • I suppose the bullet is made in 3D's max? If so, how'd you export the bullet including the reflecting material/texture?

  • @CodUnrealClan no the bullet was made with Cinema 4D. But in 3dMax you can render it out as RPF. For the reflecting and other things go in to the render option and add what you need under the tab "render elements"

  • @ActronFilter So if I export my 3D model to .RPF it will contain my used textures? And how do I open that .RPF file with After Effects or Photoshop?

  • @CodUnrealClan yes. To import in After Effects klick on: "File" - "Import File" - and than chose the first image of the RPF sequence (be sure that the "RLA/RPF Sequence" are on :)

  • @ActronFilter Ah, u've misunderstood me. I want the object itself to be exported so I can look around it in diffirent angles in After Effects so I can use it with my tracked footage. You know how to do that? Cause I get this to work but without materials/textures.

  • @CodUnrealClan no i don't know how to do this. But you can import your traking data from icarus or bonjour to 3dmax (3D tracking). If you ned the tracking data from After effects try the demo of Boomer Labs MAX2AE. That will work.

  • @ActronFilter No, u've misunderstood me. I want to export the 3D object itself. Not the camera movement etc. When I export it to something like a .OBJ or .3DS I can open it with Photoshop and can look around it but there are no textures... You know how to do this?

  • @CodUnrealClan import the movie into 3dmax (render the movie in after effects as a tif or png sequence and use it as a material in 3dmax).

  • @ActronFilter By the way, how do I export my 3D model to .RPF? Can't find it in the drop down box when clicking on export in 3D's Max.

  • @CodUnrealClan you must do this in the render options. Go down to "Render Output" and klick on "File...". now you can chose your output file like RPF

  • were do u get the 3ds model of the bullet and the texture so that i can use it in cinema 4d

  • @brandonhughes7 i made the 3D model in Cinema 4D. It's realy easy to make a bullet. The texture i have from the DVD "The Bullet" from Video Copilot.

  • Pls, Can you make a tutorial???

  • this is waaayyyyy better than most first attempt, looks great =)

  • NIICE!

  • how do you put an animated bullet in a real vid? just with after effects?

  • @farmer759 Yes just with after effects.

  • sickkkk

  • tutorial for this ?? can somethhing hel me ???

  • hi all check out my channel... i have the bullet, sound fx,action essentials2

    for free!!!

    video

how to get most of video copilot products for free

  • Hey how did you do that blurr behind the bullet.

  • @DayleDaMan Or none of both.

  • Anyone know how to do this effect?

Please refer to: 98 degrees - I Do (Cherish You)

    Timeline: 3:43min

  • can you put text on the bullet itself? Jw..lol like as it flys by you can see text on it

  • uhm isn't perfect? that was awesome!

  • What program did you use?

  • copy and paste ..

  • Hi there! I'm from Switzerland too. Nice one!!!

    Hopp Schwiiz!!!

  • I like how the rest of the video stops when the bullet comes out

  • wow

  • @DayleDaMan what about hacking it man ;)

  • BEWARE THE GREEN GROCER

  • wow awsome

  • No recoil? D:

  • @masterdinelle It's because he freeze framed it, it's just a picture with the 3d bullet in it, or he just sucks at acting =P.

    ♥♪

  • Not bad :)

  • @DayleDaMan lol buy? There's a reason why the internet was made.

  • its better than any other video I saw on youtube

  • why does everyone who does the bullet effect use hollow points

  • amigo no esta mal, deves correjir el herror de color que hal an la llama al salir de la pistola, y el tiempo de espera es demasiado, en comclusion deves mejorarlo ya que es un intento mediocre.

  • thats so amazing

    good job :D

  • plz can u send me the save file of 3ds max?

  • PERFECT

  • that was very cool!! great job mate =)

  • haha all these "videocopilot" videos are funny

  • the wave thingy, behind the bullet was awesome (:

  • check my bullet effect I made for my band's video

  • thats very nice, im impressed, what i would do is get a co2 blowback airsoft gun or even bb gun and dry fire it and make your hand bounce as if it were being fired. also, just a suggestion, (im kind of a perfectionist) make the slug copper rather than silver.

    5 stars man!

  • I saw the DVD does it come with the 3d fotage or is it just a tutorial DVD. I think it was called video copilot.

  • The bullet path looks good to me. The muzzle flash looks too localised, needs to illuminate more of the surrounding area.

  • the bullet path looks good to you??? what im seeing is the bullet goes towards the top of the video....you want it to fly in the dead middle. also aligned with the gun.

  • @TheKSProduction Yeah, you are right.

  • mais q porra so eu nao consigo usa esse programa q burrao msmo

  • lol reminds me of wanted

  • So if I have After Effects I can make this?

  • No you need a 3d programm too. Like blender (it's free)

  • @ActronFilter Hi! have u used Blender for do this!?? Great job brother;)

  • @TheOss0 No Cinema4d. THX

  • nah u need to buy the bullet by video copilot

  • That's freaking awesome, tutorial?

  • the tutorial is from video copilot and is $50 it takes at least a dozen videos in the disk to make it perfect...

  • i dont know what the heck is wrong with this plug in but i've so many videos, they all look cool but when the gun fires it doesnt even move, why??

  • well its slowed so you can see the bullet (cuz bullets go realy fast XD) but the recoil isnt fast enough to show up in the slowmo

  • Effect itself is perfect, would be more realistic if the person (you?) would react to the power of the gunshot.

  • nice1 lol

  • real guns have no muzzle flash

  • obiously they do. how could you be so stupid?

  • obviously but every single shooting movie now has muzzle flashes

  • This is in slow motion though, real guns have 1 ms muzzle flash.

  • its hard to see unless its a bigger round

  • they do its just they happen fast enough you cant see them it is supposed to be slow motion

  • which tutorial you used?

  • decent job, but wheres the recoil? lol 5/5

  • tbh in the speed the bullet would of travelled you'd hardly of seen any recoil by that time.

  • i think you need 3d max as well to create the 3d bullet

  • yes it does need. but is there another way to create a bullet like that?. if i'll use 3d max,im going to get a tutorial again, then it take long for me to master that. whew...

  • theres a lot of presets for bullets.. it's one of the most commonly use.. i think it wouldn't be that hard.. and even if u have to make 1 all u have to do is do just one and then you could reuse it for other project..

  • No i don't use presets. Only the texture map for the bullet. You can do the same thing whitout the dvd from videocopilot if you know how. Only with afterefects and 3D programm.

  • im not saying you used a presset or using any.. i was just replying to vashxvier.. and i preffer 3d max for 3d program but it's expensive

  • looks awesome

  • w0w0w0w0w00ww00w0w0w that was REALLY cool.

  • could u plz send me a link to the site u got the tutorial off?

  • use a keygen!

  • What software you using??

  • nice bullet

  • zomg epic

  • good job

  • Great Job! :-D

  • Wow, thats awesome. 5 stars.

  • awesome! but only thing that caught my attention..the reflection on the bullet is like a desert..lol

  • yeah but where is the recoil??

  • well it was even realistic because the recoil needs some time to take affect. and in this moment, the camera turned

  • no because even when the bullet is fired you have recoil

  • ja is ja klar aber der wirkt sich erst später aus

wenn man bedenkt, dass die waffe (vielleicht eine beretta 92, korrigiert mich) eine mündungsgeschwindigkeit von 356 m/s hat)

  • just like wanted (the idea anyway)

  • good but not that good without recoil

  • amazing bullet great job!

  • Awesome...wonder how Andrew Kramer made the reflection map... cause it's like the only one u get in the pack and it doesn't really match all shots.

  • on the modify panel or properties, then render, if you want materials and maps, create it in photoshop, render as jpg, and map it aorund the bullet using the material editor. then you can choose your chine, and other effects there such as bump maps etc etc.. figure it out ;)

  • you can do this in 3d studio max. use the nurve curve tools panel, trade 180 degrees of the bullet, then change the point and choose modify, click on lathe and it will circumfy it into a bullet. add more points to make sharper

  • next time add rifling and recoil

  • Can you send me that bullet plz

  • good job for first try

  • o mi god thats so cool

  • LOL NO RECOIL!!!

  • In my opinion too much displacement on the bullets trail but otherwise good, the model is great

  • andrew kramer (king of adobe after effects)

  • How do I import it? I have it saved as a .CDR file. PLEASE HELP

  • It's a nice effect...if people can only get the details right. I've seen a number of bullet effects, and they all have one problem in common...no recoil. What gun do you know, when fired doesn't recoil? It adds realism. As my pappy old told me..."if your gonna do something, you might as well do it right the first time around. No half arse crap." lol
