We could solve some of our problems by eliminating the ongoing property tax and instead charging a one time sales tax. People would then actually own their property and there would be a rush to buy these homes of which many need to be repaired; thus creating many jobs.

Ron Paul has some good ideas, but they're half-baked. I'm amazed that he believes we can "get our liberties back" through legislation or returning to some former state. Doesn't he know there's a shadow government of GLOBAL elite? How can he NOT know this? And this GLOBAL ELITE would not allow Ron Paul to become US President. It decides on the President.
Until the shadow government is exposed nothing Ron Paul (or anyone) says matters. It's all distraction from what's really running the show.

I think Ron Paul is better than the founders. The founders were kind of hypocritical in some significant ways, Washington even referred to America as 'an infant empire'. So Washington himself viewed it as an empire. I feel like libertarians have taken those freedom principles that the founders espoused and absorbed them fully. You can tell that Paul really lives the principles that he talks about and that he really cares about freedom as much as he says. I hope he'll make a difference.
The only problem with his candidacy is I've seen more and more of his supporters become discouraged because we all know he's the real deal and most of Americans are too stupid to realize that. So it's our job to make them realize WHY he should be president and HOW the others will only continue to rape this country like Obama has, not because Obama's a Dem, this goes for both parties. I do need to speak against the point he says about the troops in Germany in fact Germany need to pay the US a very big amount of money for this billions of dollars every year he should mention this :)and most Germans dont care if troops are there or not. We could solve some of our problems by eliminating the ongoing property tax and instead charging a one time sales tax. People would then actually own their property and there would be a rush to buy these homes of which many need to be repaired; thus creating many jobs.

I think Ron Paul is better than the founders. The founders were kind of hypocritical in some significant ways, Washington even referred to America as 'an infant empire'. So Washington himself viewed it as an empire. I feel like libertarians have taken those freedom principles that the founders espoused and absorbed them fully. You can tell that Paul really lives the principles that he talks about and that he really cares about freedom as much as he says. I hope he'll make a difference.

As a 2nd generation immigrant living in Germany, I can assure you in Germany people of all colors, cultures and religions live peacefully together side by side. In fact we love diversity and neo-nazis are almost non-existent and laughable.
The US military stationed here is rather received negatively.

NO other candidate holds a candle to Dr. Paul. Inform friends and family. Make them compare their candidates to Ron Paul, so the choice will be obvious. The political correct mentality and fear of debate amongst friends could cost us more than some face. Time to get active.

I'm don't like any politician no matter what they preach.but at least paul doesn't need a telepromter he speaks from the heart unlike the rest.doesn't matter who you for for look in the constituton n i quote art 2 sect 1 "each stae shall appoint a number of ELECTORS(those who we vote for within our states) the ELECTORS shall meet in their repspective states,and vote by ballot for two person of whom one at least shall not be an inhabitant of the same STATE with themselves"

@MatthewMcRazz Romney sticks a rock in a hat then puts his face in it, to read the constitution. If u want to continue degrading the dollar, and destroying the economy. While expanding war, and weakening our defense. Then go ahead and vote for Mitt "I'm a moromon" Romney. He only knows about corporate socialist economics. Which has nothing to do with capitalism. And he fears a true free market, for that supports true freedom. Something that the social conservatives are strongly against.

@x6mj I don't get the whole "rock in a hat" thing...anyways, Mitt is far more intelligent and younger than Ron Paul. He also organized and ran the Olympics. I don't see Ron having done anything like that before. Ron Paul is a loon congressman from a podunk district in Texas. Sorry Paulbots, but Mitt Romney is the best candidate for the job. I'm sorry to say that Ron Paul's time in politics is coming to an end (thankfully).

@brentpal I DON'T like what's going on currently...that's exactly why I feel that Romney is the best pick. I could be wrong, but if not Romney, than for sure Bachmann has the right ideas. Romney and Bachmann are the types of people I want in government because they know about the economy and they also want to turn the Obama establishment on its ugly head and put a spear through it. Americans are sick and tired of paying for others' mistakes. Romney or Bachmann will correct this.

@MatthewMcRazz Romney is for Big government he has shown that throughout his voting record so u will get the same out of him as u do Obama. as for economics? Minnesota has dropped from 1st to 12th for employment rating so scratch Bachmann for having any idea of economics and like i said when Romney had his chance he was one of the top 3 worst states for economic growth in the country pretty bad. and the majority of what they are "saying" is what Paul has been saying for some 30 years now not 1
