  • You say 1/2 of sal. It's tsp right not tablespoon?

    Bisous.

  • nice!

    im hungry :P

  • Moroccan bread is NOT like pita bread, it's about 2-3 inches in height, is there a pita that thick? if so, it should be called moroccan bread instead of pita.

PS: The song+ The bread = pure nostalgia (twe7echt mimti).

    Morocco ROCKS!!

  • Which flour plain or self-raising??? My partner from Oujda Moroccan but he move llive with me in Scotland.. I would like make bread for him.. Thanks

  • All purpose flour!

  • It's Pita Bread nothing els, but thanx any way.

  • no its not close to being as thin as pita , its tick and doughy inside.

  • I agree this 1 is thick, what I mean is it's Pita bread and Pita can be thick 2 this kind called Pita whether it's thick or thin.

  • it look like lebanese traditionnal bread

(5oboz smeek) thanks for this video this is the best look of arabic bread I have ever seen

  • That bread looks nice, might have to make some of that for hubby.

  • I knead by hand, so I was wondering my bread came out hard like a rock, what do you think I might be doing wrong? THanks

  • Women in Morocco knead by hand all the time. its labor intensive because it is going to take at least 20 min of constant kneading. make sure you use enough water. if want to can add butter or powder milk to it to make softer if you like.

  • so roughly 4 cups to make 4 dough

  • yes, four small ones.

  • bien

  • Ukti thanks for posting this, my husband is Moroccan and I loved the bread but neither of us could master it. Even his father tried to teach me but with this video, I think I got it and I will try and tell you how things turned out. All your recipes take me back to Casblanca and it was so good all the different entree's I wish I could be there right now. Salaamu'Alaikoum my dear sister and may Allaah reward you for this.

  • Assalamualaykum sister, I am happy you like the videos, I hope they would be of some help to you. Moroccan food is pretty easy to make, especially the bread. if you have a stand mixer or a food processor that knead it would make it so much easier. I think after you make one or two times you will master it inshaAllah. I miss Moroccan so much too, I pray to God I will be able to go to visit some time soon inshaALLAH. take care of yourself sister, salamualaykum.

  • We were able to do it but my bread comes out way too crunchy I don't know what I did wrong... Your instructions where perfect! The food processor is a gem now the bread machine is on it's way OUT! Let me know of anything else I could have done wrong. My husband said it's good but it's not perfect so what else? We will be doing pizzas and calzones this week too. I will tell you how that comes out.
