But still I know it's possible to take 100/100 with only a normal right-mouse click, if you shoot the right spot. Never tried on 100/200 though.

gah, when i loaded this video I expected the ol'skool trick (before valve broke the game) of the shotgun reload exploit, where u cud do 3 double barrel shots (so an entire clip) in a split second, no cheats required. Disapointing if you are using a hack - go get some skills.
