Since when does any one music style belong to any one group. For fuck sake what the hell difference does it make. Every style in history has been influenced by something or someone else. Elvis Presley was influenced by Gospel & Blues music. Yet I wouldn't call him trying to be black. Not to mention unlike the west R&B Hip-Hop generally has a positive message in Korean & Japan. This in and of itself separates itself from what most western hip-hop artists offer. Hime is another such example!
