Thank you. I been going to a cummunity college for 5 years and now I really need to start focusing on a major. So Automotive Electrician is what i'm going to try to aim at. Now I see how you posted a symbol picture of the coil. But when I go to yahoo images to look up the symbol of the coil, it shows loops of circles in the skimatics i'm looking at. Is what your showing another way a coil can look like in a skimatic form?
@legaspi89 Ok, good questions. The answer is YES. Now, remember that there's a difference between electronics schematic and an automotive wiring diagram. Our videos are more geared for auto wiring diagrams. We also have here on YT a series on advanced electronics that use the diagrams you've seen.
If you're going to school to learn to work on cars, go for "electronics and electrical" courses. It is fairly easy to learn to disassemble parts, but there's a huge shortage of technicians..CONTINUED

@legaspi89 Yes, current flows from neg to pos, so naturally the pos side is the end of the electron flow from a relative point of view. Back in the 40's the theory was that current flowed from pos to neg, but scientist realized that the earth or ground has the excess electrons. In later years they were able to prove that lightning flows from the ground up into the sky. Thanks for posting.
