the game was awesome, it was for kids so playing the CPU was definitely easy. But Backyard Baseball 2001 was online...and thats where it was at...so much fun playing vs other people, I still play 2003 every now and then is season mode...Playing w/ the shadow AND the ball marker is just too easy, I play w/ just the shadow.

No this is entirely possible. I had a game where I won 38-5 in 6 innings and it was on hard. It helps to hit with just line drive and not power so that the defenders cannot catch the ball as easily

just keep your mouse ON THE STANCE BUTTON, why do you keep it in the strike zone, then go down to the button and back up? Keep your mouse on it b4 the pitch comes...decide whether to change it or not and then bring your mouse up to the strike zone and swing...i wish this was still playable online, i'd still be playing it as i did when i was 13 and it came out.
