@Fangen88 Kev's been training for about 30 years. He's got 5 black belts, 2 in Jui-jitsu. Check out his site for the full list. It doesn't list everything. I rained with him for a year in silat and about the same length in muay thai and he doesn't even mention that stuff--his bio only has his major rankings. He has done a lot of law enforcement training too but his main love is jjj and russian stuff.
Can anyone please tell me where I can get Systema instruction in Ireland? I haven't found anything on the net so far and would really appreciate it if anyone could help me with this. Thanks
Mate, just start up your own systema study group.Even if you are able to only find one person who has the same goals as you ,you will be light years ahead of most karate students who pay lots of money to go to the dojo to do some modern dance katas and scream like a bunch angry drag queens or ally cats in heat
