Nice video. Wesley was getting a James Bond vibe. Loved his gadgets. From the interviews i have watched here Joss had another 3 years of storyline laid out, but alas, those in power said wrap it up. Hence the abbreviated love story. It would have been fun to see Wes as an international man of action and his girl Fred.

i think this is the best couple of BtVS/Angel!!! The sad thing is that they both died just weeks apart from one another. And the really sad thing is that Fred died in Wesleys arms and Wesley died in Freds arms (more or less). thats why i love them so much, their love over comes death.

I'm a dude and totally not a romantic, but Fred and Wesley was the best romantic pairing in TV. Hated the Fred and Gunn relationship. Seemed weird and forced. On a related note, Amy Acker said in an interview if she had a choice it would have been Wes.

I never like the whole idea of Fred/Gunn pairing. They had no chemistry at all together and took way too long for it too end.

Don't understand about Josh sometimes. I understand he doesn't like happy endings. Which is fine. But for some reason, he likes to drag Gunn/Fred to death and have WES/FRED in one episode. I don't mind WES/FRED in two or three episodes then wham.

Gunn was just a roadblock between WES and FRED. Gunn was better off with Anne or Gwen.

harsh man. even angel, whose son wes took, eventually forgave him. it may have been the wrong choice, but he was doing his best to save his friend and Connor. Looking back at the series, Wes was the only one who always tried to do the right thing. Angel used Darla and Dru to murder a whole room full of lawyers just because they were getting in his way. The girl in the closet was only to find Angel, and he did let her go once they did even though she slit his throat. Cut him some slack.

P.S. Lilah dressed up as Fred on her own, Wes was only guilty of getting it on with her, which, seriously, would you say no.  He even started to fell something more than lust for her by the end. Remember the scene where he saved her from the Beast and the one after she died where he "talked" to her about their relationship. Definitely something there. Sorry for getting so long winded, but Wes is my favorite character and I had to rush to his defense.

Without a doubt, Fred's death was the most tragic on Angel. It was so freakin sad! They should of never killed her. And poor Wesley, his life just sucked until she got with him and then he had to watch her die. Terrible!

Fred and Wesley's story is probably the *most* tragic love story ever told. Personally, I think the show went too far and made the story *too* tragic. Wesley waits a long time to be with Fred, and then as soon as they get together, Fred dies a horribly painful death. And then her dead body gets possessed by a demon that asks for Wesley's help. The story is fascinating, but damn! Give wesley a break! Poor guy
