On December 24,2006 at 8 o'clock in the morning, a young 14 year old boy by the name of Scott Jackson was found dead.Doctors couldn't come up with the cause of his death. His mother checked his emails to see if she could figure out what happened.Turns out he was still signed into myspace. She found he had gone to sleep after he read and didn't repost a chain letter.if you don't repost this to 6 videos a girl with no face will kill you tonight. sorry don't wanna die
The HelmetCam images seem to be quite scratchy. Don't know if there's a clear cover over the lens that just needs to be replaced, or what.
Regardless, I love that NASA posts these highlights to YouTube now. It was always a struggle to try to catch them at the top of the hour during the astronauts' sleep period, and even then you couldn't go scroll back and repeat some little detail you missed! All Hail the Internet!
The signal is the problem. It goes from space suit to shuttle to satellite to ground. The station itself causes a lot of the interference because the astronauts are not always in the best position to transmit.
Have you ever wanted to train like an astronaut? Kennedy Space Center in FL has a new half day program. The Astronaut Training Experience (ATX) program immerses you in the exciting world of todays astronauts with realistic astronaut training. You will hear first-hand from a veteran NASA astronaut, experience a space shuttle mission simulation and perform hands-on space exploration activities. ATX focuses on hands-on aspects of astronaut training including mission simulation/training simulators.
I love that this is a youtube channel. Clips from NASA TV are put up, like flight day highlights, so if you miss it when it was NASA TV, you can just go here and watch it whenever you want.
I would love to be the first artist in space.I did try once for artist in residence at NASA Berkley space sciences.I spent weeks learning about rockets!!!

The quality of the EVA footage is very high, it is like they sent up new cameras and a new camera crew! Where is the HD video!
But the flight highlights at the end are too chopped up, its too brief, with not enough meat for the hungry viewer!

Marvelous captures!
I'd wise they record clearer commentaries, like Mike did during the hubble mission.
