I'm trying to find the cartoon sketch when the dog narrates why his owner Bobby is happy/sad, and then we see at the end that the boy is in a wheelchair. Does anyone have that sketch?
You have to teach kids the difference between happy and fine, hence the dog's overemotional display of his happiness. A nice little skit; pleasant animation for the dog.
A bit of Warner Brother's Marc Antony influence in there.

The dog reminds me of the one on Quick Draw McGraw. Looks like Sesame Street stole from Hanna-Barbera!
