lol Use The D-Pad Is better i play it with the d-pad and a chair...why a chair cuz i hold on of the chair and its better for my feets to get fast on the arrow..tip dont stay on the center and use basic or difficult mode so u can get use of the game

Nah, I used 1.5x if I remember right. I'm not sure that the "C" speed mods appear in any official versions.

And Marvelous didn't appear in the Universe series until Universe 3.

Actually, I think it was made just for listening before it was intended to be used for DDR, but DDR is the first Bemani game it's appeared on.

I certainly recommend it, but it can be a bit pricey. I think the bundle pack for Universe 2 with the pad is about $70-80. If you don't mind not having the pad, you could try renting it or Universe 1 to give them a try before you buy them.

I turned on the background movies for songs that had actual music videos to them. In such cases, the characters disappear automatically so the video can be seen more easily.

And yes, the silhouette characters on the results screen meant that I'd be using my edit character under normal conditions.
