I didn't. If you look at 0:35, the screen clearly reads just "select mission". If turbo mode (or in fact any other cheat) had been activated this screen would have read: "Cheat select mission".

I might be wrong about the time, I think its under 2:40, not 1:40 so it's a lot easier than I thought.
