These videos are good enough to make me want to give the show a try. I am sure the show would have been a lot better if I had not already read the books.

The books are 1000 times more violent and ideological and would never make it on TV.

Maybe it got better by the second season? I doubt they could ever do a mord Sith justice. Also the actor does not look as Richard is described. This actor is far too short.

@Silentsam7532 I think in order to appreciate the show you kind of have to take it as something seperate. Because while the characters are similar, much else is changed. Also, about the Mord'Sith. I personally think they did them justice. Cara at least was freakin' awesome. She almost rose above Kahlan as my favorite character on the show, and that takes a lot.

I'm so behind watching this but when I saw it in my inbox the other day I was super excited to see that you had made a new LotS vid.
