Christianity not only allows blessedness, it directs our lives how to receive it. The Psalmist commends, "Lord, who may dwell in your sanctuary? Who may live on your holy hill? He ... who lends his money without usury .... will never be shaken (Ps. 15:1-5).
See my sermon, "The Ministry of Prosperity--'There Should Be No Poor Among You' (Dt. 15:4)".
But is it OK that the OT contains teachings which are morally deficient? For me, it's an obvious case of corruption of the OT by the Jews. I can't accept a God who tells a special people to do evil to other people. It's like saying do not kill, but if it's a gentile, no problem.
The problem is your lack of faith, not the O.T. The Greek Septuagint is a great tool for comparing the Hebrew Scriptures. Later, Jesus himself said, For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. (Mt. 5.18)
Try to understand the Bible through its dispensations. The new covenant mentioned in the O.T. Testament came, and faithful Gentiles are the people of God, not just faithful Hebrews.
Good video!

@hesedken
What do you think of Yahweh permitting usury with the Gentiles, but forbidding it for Jews. That is in the OT?
I think you are among the very few Christians who really has his eyes open. all my respect.

1MoreMuslim,
Thanks for the compliment.
The O.T. speaks of the new covenant to come, which has come. I have a web page: /finance/money101.html
I also have a sermon called "Precedence". Both of these pages discuss the changes from the old covenant to the new covenant.

My friend,
I don't depend on luck; I am obligated to God's commands and teachings.
