  • for the poor we can't afford gold, but we can afford seed, and a single seed will give me 3,000 in a summer. the next year you can do the math and how much seed you can have in just two years.

  • @donze52 Unless any number of climate factors, and pest factors go wrong.  This includes both growth and storage, as bugs and mice and water damage can get it. Also, its far too cumbersome to use n our modern lives.

    wisdom you speak but many locals do trade righ now meat for garden produce

    cutting out growers in other parts of the nation and super markets hungry for dollars.

    we grow weapons and medicines also. we all fear tomorrow the banks will kill the dollar

  • Citigroup Metals Analysts Ask Why Gold Is Not Already at $2,000/oz.

    Citigroup asserts that gold will benefit from both the "gloom & doom" and "muddle-through & monetization" scenarios, possibly regaining $1,000 per ounce at year-end and even doubling or tripling in the long term.
