If you haven't ever seen Doctor Who why are you watching Doctor Who videos on youtube? Especially esoteric deleted scenes that make no sense unless you watch the show.

To answer your question (which any googling of "Doctor Who" or "The Doctor" could tell you) He's a Time Lord. From the planet Gallifrey.

If you hadn't replied to my comment the first time,I probably would have forgotten all about it. To answer your question, however: This vid was in the 'related' section of another video I was watching and the title caught my eye. It didn't lie, this clip was funny/cute ,even without the added knowledge of the 'Time Lords from Planet Gallifrey'.

Its not actually a deleted scene... Its just in the episode, the part where he is talking gibberish is fastforwarded, so no-one knows exactly what he is saying, so he was free to make up random rubbish! <3

Why oh why couldn't David Tennant be happy with playing the Doctor for the rest of his career? I could have easily taken him in the role for the next 15-20 years. He'd have even been still quite young after all of that and then gone on to other things- a 2nd career in acting. Drat him for following his own needs. ;-)

@kloverklue He said all of that so it would look like he was saying something important while they fast-forwarded it in the television show. He picks up at 23, which is when they stop fast-forwarding it in the show. They didn't delete it; they just fast-forwarded to make the video look convincing.

Everything about the pears, House Martins and the bingle-bingle-bongle-dingle-da­ngle was completely improvised because they needed him to talk for "a round about a minute without hesitation deviation or whatever the other thing is" so Martha could fast forward the tape.

And he WAS famous at the time. He'd been the Doctor for a year, been in many other movies like Harry Potter and Casenova and many more.

The Doctor has to change into a human meaning he will lose his memory of being a Timelord and think he's from the eyar 1913 in which the episode is set. He's telling Martha, his companion, what she should do to keep them both out of trouble. But only 0:00 to 0:30 and 1:23 to the end were scripted. The bit about the pears and "Rory" and channel 4 are improvised.
