@funksobravo1 I believe it was 5-6.0mph at 12% incline for 3 minutes. Steve is actually on the set right this minute taping his workout DVD. :) We hope to have it out by early fall. As for the treadmill - I've not heard of the Horizon. We chose the SOLE F80 for our video and as Fitness Advisors for Sears, we've also used (and liked) NordicTrack, Precor and LifeFitness equipment. :)
5.5 at a 12% incline gave me shin splints :/
