Was recorded from a real world live ATC source. However, if you listen carefully you'll notice, that I did a very very big mistake. The ATC is for Boston, but I'm landing at KSEA...

Yes, it's a plane for a flight simulator. The simulator used is Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004, and the plane is from SGA.
