Sorry about the gbhh typed that by accident lol anyway I have several bluetooth headsets that voice answer one that I have particularly is the blueant t1 it has voice commands voice answer and it announces the callers name thats in your contacts so whats the point of all that tap and shake junk when you can just tap the call end button

The ear gel attachment is a little larger for the era, but I can still get jabra ear gels on mine. I think the new era gels are improved. They fit better for me.
