@TylorSwain12 If your phone is a Desire HD, you must go on XDA and root your device. Then you can install titanium Backup to install the recovery.

Then you download the Rom.zip on xda thread and you install it by recovery.

I can't read every thing in details because it's long to write it, and xda do that better.

You can find a video about how to install a Rom Custom on my channel ;)
