Intro Plucking - C, Em7, CMaj7, Em repeat x2.

(String Plucking = A/B,G,D,G..G,D,G (5/2,3,4,3..3,4,3) except for CMaj7 instead of A/B change to A/HighE or 5/1.)

Verse seems essentially the same except with a different plucking pattern.

Chorus = C, G, Am?, C, FMaj7, G, Am?, C, G. back to Verse.

(Not sure on strumming, usually D,D,U,U,D,U with the exception of the last C and G half it to 2 strums).

Probably not 100% right but its what I got from looking at the video.

Almost all songs converted from piano to guitar requires you to finger pick. I'm sure you could play it with a pick, but it wouldn't sound as full.
