@halfmumi yea i'll be using a vacuum pump :)sponge brush... hmmm.... might give that a try! thanx :) also you can use a special roller

Also maybe a flat edged something, instead of a brush, the brush edges could push air in.

You can pour it from a from fairly high from the surface, to avoid air bubbles, thats what I heard for making plastic molds. I'm assuming it will work here too. And when stirring try not to whip it, like scrambling eggs. That can put air into it.
