i found out that you can make it simple with a4 paper you take the with of 3'' and that's it you dont have to care about the length just do the fold's he does and cut of what is left over of tje length you have to count 10 part's not 10''

A good rectangle that is a good size is taking an A4 (11x8 in.) piece of paper and fold it into fourths. Rip one of the segments off.

I Use an a4 sheet of paper

If you cut it into 1/4 parts you get a good size  for this :)
