Im going to say what im sure a lot of people here were thinking: is that all? is this what we've been waiting for for three years? This stuff doesn't even come close to the songs on Final Straw and Eyes Open. Please, do yourself a favour and listen to Chocolate, Spitting Games, It's beginning to get to me, You're all I have etc etc and conclude, as I did, that Snow Patrol have become dull and generic...

@donkeybrainsify I think we need to wait for the album. Snow Patrol's best songs tend to be best after multiple listenings. I highly doubt that the album is gonna be nearly as good as the Previous Three (not counting Up To Now), but I will go out and buy it nonetheless

I can't stand people sometimes ! .. Musicians with artistic integrity is what I respect .. releasing the same shit over & over & over again gets old, annoying, and it's nothing new... it gets boring & irrelevant ! ... Even if this new sound doesn't do well , they did what they want to and I respect them for what. It's easy to release the same mainstream bullshit everyone likes.. give me someone who tries something different!

I expected this to be honest, their singles are not their best songs, Run is an exception but chasing cars, just say yes, take back the city...not my favourite songs. Somewhere a clock is ticking, that's their real music. Plus pretty much all of their b sides. It's a shame snow patrol girl was removed form youtube :-( she had all of the songs uploaded

Not sure what the hell everybody is talking about in the comments. This is a radically new sound? I've literally heard Snow Patrol's entire discography, and they've had songs like this before. Just because the two songs you guys know about that came on the radio didn't sound like this doesn't mean that this doesn't sound like Snow Patrol. Get a grip and stop being so ridiculously over critical. As a huge fan of Snow Patrol's music, I like this song a lot.
