@arealOpia1991 lol. you got me mixed up with the other commentor, I have been playing since 1994 when I was 15. I am 32 now, I'm old, lol. I 1st learned this song back in 1994. English is my native language, lol. how is the guitar playing going?
how have I only just seen this??! such a powerful song, which is pathetic and hopeless at the same time :( just started learning guitar inspired by this song, something i would love to be able to play for myself!! 3 chords learnt so far... hopefully will have some progress before the end of this year!
@poppinkbotox1 hope you've had some progress there x) ... this was the first song i learnt when i picked up the guitar for the first time about 5 months ago jan 6th 2011 self taught myself and could play and sing this within two weeks without chord diagrams ... i'm pretty proud of myself ... could and can never afford lessons so its a slow progression but i'm proud i've taught myself so far completely alone and can play and sing some songs ... thats a great accomplishment for me x))

I can play "Violet", "Doll Parts", "MIss World", "Beautiful Son", "Softer, Softest", "Asking for It".....and many, many more!! Keep up with the guitar playing!! It gets more fun as you keep improving..I know from experience!! :)

anyway, i hate TOTP performances because they play that awful backing track and just have the singer sing live and all the musicians have the fake it. it's awful.
She definitely IS the girl with the most cake. :)
