Yes, the Air Delight looks thicker then the regular Hersheys. But if you look at the wrappers and compair, The regular is 43g and the air delight is 40g for the same price. Yep, Hersey is not only saving more chocolate but making more money. One bar may not seem much but when Hersey makes tens of thousands a day, it all adds up.

THE AIR BUBBLES make it more like a brownie and squishy so its not hard like the non air types

The first time I saw a commercial for these candy bars I thought it was the stupidest idea ever and I still think that way. I mean you are paying for air bubbles? Why? How do bubbles change the way the chocolate tastes? You are just getting less chocolate for the same price.

i wanted to try this candy i so bought one and when i got home i forgot about it(lol) and i put the bag on top of my stereo in my room so a few hours later i remember it so i pull it out of the bag.by this time the heat from the stereo melted it completely so i put it in the fridge for a few hours. i just now took it out its now solid again. i bit into it and it was hollow. the candy bar went from a liquid and back to a solid yes but hollow on the inside like one of the hollow easterbunnys. o.O

nestle already had a similar product- the CHOCOLITE bar. it lasted a few years until they pulled the plug on it. i liked it because it was softer to chew and easier on the teeth, and you know what? it made it easier to mac a bunch of chocolate. people who have the patience to let it melt in their mouth (boring- get on with it!!) didn't get so excited about it. could be good with hersheys sour-milk recipe...

Quite frankly, Its rather alarming to me how ultimately, the goal of a product (with millions of dollars) Respectfully (at first) is reducing chocolate on a much larger scale here. A Hershey's bar is actually cooked in the same temperature as the standard human so that the same effect could be achieved. reducing, or ''injecting air'' is the system's way of feeding us the little bit of chocolate that's left for our dumb fat asses. Great candy bar!

I tasted this "Hershit" and I hate most of their chocolates including this one. Hershit chocolate smells bad too

I was one of the 1st people to try this before it got shipped to stores. I was at Hershey Park at the time, and they pulled 1-5 people to test their "new" chocolate. I tried it!! A few weeks later it got shipped all over america!

@laughingcrows A standard Hershey's Chocolate bar, I believe is 43 grams. The Air Delight is 40 grams. We're only missing out on 3 grams of chocolate. It's not a big enough difference for a person to tell. To Hershey's, when they sell hundreds of millions of bars, its kind of a big deal, but not to individuals.
