A classic case of a ground circulation latching upward into an updraft...stretching the circulation and creating more vortex speed. Try driving into that vortex at it's peak strength...you'd get flipped in a second.
not true....if u look closely the air is rising rapidly in the vortex....unlike a gustnado where it is not....and the surface temps are high so they are dust devils.

Appears, at least, that there could be several storms or precipitation areas that could generate outflows strong enough. Furthermore, there is a line of what looks like small vortexes. What you could be looking at is the line where the outflow or gust fronts are colliding (hence 'Gustnado').
Although, Air parcels can still rise rapidly as long as they are hotter then the surrounding air. Did the observer spot multipule storms/ppt areas?

(Dust devils are Whirlwinds, not sure tho. whirlwinds could be landspouts... This assuming ofcourse it is POSSIBLE to classify tornadoes :P)
Landspout: vortex on the ground, only. Funnel cloud: vortex at cloud level, only. Tornado: funnel cloud touches down to ground, or a landspout and funnel connect. Dust Devil / Gustnado: Generally weaker and forms under cloudless or less cloudy conditions. Waterspouts: Like dust devils and tornadoes, but form over water, often dissipating when hitting land.
There may be a significant electrical component to tornadoes as well. Read Peter Thomson, ER Rathbun, Bernard Vonnegut.
Your definitions sound correct. However, we know so little of the dynamic nature of tornadoes and what little we do know is so fluid that many argue that attempts to taxonimise them are a somewhat futile venture.

Yea i have read about links between electrical activity and tornadoes, but many authors say there is too little evidence to support it. Yea Stormspotter, I mentioned that on other vid but it didnt post. Cud be a 'Gustnadoe' a form of 'Landspout'. Landspouts differ from tornadoes because they dont form from the mesocyclonic spinning of the parent Stormcell. Gustnadoe forms when the outflows of storms interact with each other and cause extremely localised convergence of air which may begin to spin as it converges giving a gustnadoe. It can intensify if there is explosive convection above it which the converging air can cause.
Agree with Stormspotter, posted a bit more of a detailed explanation on your other video. Looks like a Gustnado, formed by combination of Storm Outflows colliding at different speed and/or angles and convective activity taking place above the gustnado causing 'spin-up'
Seems more like it's a Landspout. Dust Devils form under clear skies. Landspouts are like pseudo-tornadoes that form on a storm's convection currents.
How long did this thing last all together? I've never seen a dust devil last that long! The air must have been really unstable...looks like a tornado too. >_<
