@skint0n0minted The Fab Four were all incredibly talented. Try listening to a couple of George Harrison's cuts on the older albums. He was amazing!! as was Ringo and Paul is still going strong!!!! I love them all.

They were shit up until about 'Rubber soul'. Pretty much every song upto then was a soppy love song. It just happened that Lennon is the best vocalist ever that they got away with it. Then Lennon got into Dylan and Dylan saved them from that boring soppy love song thing and Lennon started to write meaningful, amazing songs. Harrison was crap, Paul wrote some really good stuff in The Beatles. Ringo? well, he was just the most bioring drummer I ever heard.

I had never heard the song "Look At Me"- very interesting - I didn't follow him too closely when he went with Yoko - but he was one of my favorites - some people think that she was the reason he was shot by that killer - I just don't know. I saw her on an elevator some years ago - and she looked quite old.

He was always talking about changing the " WORLD " ; and he did, with the Beatles...(DUH! the Beatles started the long hair hippie thing in the 70's! ) and didn't let fame get to his head in the process; nor did the other Beatles. EX:( Paul McCartney would buy his kids teddy bears for Christmas ' and he is one of the riches guys on the planet at the time!!!) So " SHIT HEAD " (Don't use the killers name that is what he wanted) shot him and he died a LEGEND... and will never be forgotten.RIP JOHN
