PS: I videotaped a wedding two weeks ago. It was amazing that I keep the camera steady considering that they had the bar open 1 hr before the wedding started.
we didnt get the ceramony, there were several cameras going and none of us operated the camera correctly, so unfortunately, we did not get the vows. :( but it was great anyway.
My parakeet used to do the same thing. He would make the exact same ringing noise as the phone. Drove us nuts. We finally had to change how the ringer sounded so we could tell the difference between the phone and the bird.
My blue front Cissy also rings like a phone and then says "hello". We adopted her and she must have learned it from her previous owner. So cute! Amazons are adorable.
OMG, that is hilarious! My mom's cockatiel (she had him when I was a kid) used to imitate the fire alarm because we had a faulty one when he was a baby. He mimicked the phone ringing as well.

My conure mimics my alarm clock on week-ends, he will wait no more than 20 minutes after it would normally go off. It's so unfair! He has no snooze button :)
