Just a suggestion for anyone doing this, after you bolt the new pump on fill it with water or coolant to make sure you gasket is sealed and there are no gap leaks. The last thing you want is to put all the parts back on and find you are leaking because your gasket isn't seated right or a piece of old gasket you missed scraping off is creating a gap leak.
