I have seen the more realistic robots in other videos, but when they're usually very realistic on the outside, they lack other things, such as full body movement, or even being able to control what they say. Their expressions and words are usually controlled by someone else. As creepy as some people may find it, I'd love a mix of the realism and the life of this robot, or something even more life-like.

@chriscrk well, when you make robots too realistic there's a psychological impact. if it's too "life like" people will get attached to it, which isn't a good thing really - being able to mimic and simulate doesn't make it alive. it could potentially have very severe emotional impacts on actual humans. i hope all future robotics will stick to "cartoon like" appearances...you know, just in case... we don't really want people "falling in love" and marrying their sex dolls, do we?
