OK, we can work with what you are using, the 30 amp esc will need to be replaced once you begin inverted hover training, I will strongly recommend Castle Creations 45A esc, this speed control is not cheap and the performance is totaly worth every dollar! I will send you my settings since we use the same transmitter, also I will measure my links and share how I get the +14/-14 it will take me a little time to prepair the data.

I will try to write the step by step down for you to input to your radio and heli. What transmitter are you using? what speed control are you using? what main blades and paddles are you using?
I will write them all down again here, the pinion is 15t, the battery is Kong 2200 3cell, speed control is Castle 45A set to Gov speed at 3400 rpm with software verson 2.0, the servos are HS65MG and Futaba 9257 for tail, gyro is GY401, main blades are Align 325 carbon, total pitch is +14/-14 at 3/4 stick is +8/-8, paddles are AXE CP, this heli is very active to fly and runs about 3.5min flights full 3D due to the high head speed used, soft flight maybe 5min, it takes a long time to fly well.
Thank you, the PWM is (*default) and also the same for Timing in the Castle Esc in this video, Jose has moved into 600 class and sold this 450.

It depends on the setup and the way you fly, for me it lasts 3.5min max to keep battery above 3.7v per cell after flight
