And I don't know why u all hatin the north-korean-system so hard? People starving there because the USA made in the 90s very much sanctions and isolations against northkorea. Also the USA put nuclear weapons to south korea first and now all cry, north-korea tries to defend his culture. The USA is a MONSTER
@kwisi Apparently you don't know anything about history. I don't know how it's possible, considering the abundance of historical material available on the internet & in book form. That leads me to believe that your ignorance is a personal choice. That's fine. You have a right to be ignorant, only don't try and bullshit the rest of us who actually know better. It makes you look foolish. Then again, that's your right too. You have a right to be an ignorant fool. I hope you enjoy it.
Fleishman322 Hello, dude! That problem had been solved already with TheTollundWoman, I thought, but it seems not so. What I meant was that, from 100% down to 10%, it had been a real improvement! But, wait, you are that guy who being 31 years old is still studying at school, aren´t you? Please, don´t get me wrong, but get back to your books, and don´t make too much noise, please!—I am very busy, writing on how money is created, and how capitalists screw you and me, by using it against us!Thanks!
@jsnovais1000 im not 31. i entered a fake birthday when i was like 14 so that i could watch rowdy videos. but either way, the personal attack is irrelevant. even if i was 31 and still in school, i would be doing better for myself than sitting at home writing half-assed defenses of the most brutal regime in the world.
I've been to North Korea with the Red Cross. And you'll be surprised how many people are starving, how many children are homeless because their parents starved to death. When you go to give them food people chase them away as if to "hide" them. They shove them in the mountain areas away from everyone! It's not a worker paradise for everyone! It's a beautiful country but with serious issues! The food aid mainly reaches party members! Non members suffer and eats rats and grass and worms!
To all those people who, in good faith, defend DPRK, let me tell them: People, never give-up, when fighting against capitalists! —DPRK is on the right track to attain true social and economic success!
—At the present western economic mess, most of western Countries (including USA) are screwed-up in their social systems, and in their entire economies, because of wrong social and economic planning, and usury of capitalist pigs!
You wrote that comment on the internet which is banned in North Korea, using youtube, which was invented by western capitalists, using a computer manufactured by a capitalist corporation, and whats more you even wrote it in english the language of the "yankee imperialist bastards." You obviously also have electricity, which for most of North Korea's civilian population is a luxury, so like most western communists- you are a heartless hypocrite!
Yes, the western world is going through one of its "crises"...there are even rumors the US will "default" on its debt...and even at the height of this crisis, the US government just announced it is giving $900,000 in aid to North Korea...so if the DPRK is "on the right track" why is it taking handouts from its supposed enemies??
@TheTollundWoman Again, let me laugh, now!—You say:"...the US government just announced it is giving $900,000 in aid to North Korea..."---Get real! Thats the price of two good houses, around here!
Why are you "spelling" that kind of western garbage propaganda? — What do you want, anyway?
—Go home, and take a nap; when you wake up, you will be better, I hope.
Do yourself a favor: listen to "Money As Debt (1 of 5) - YouTube" and "Money as Debt II Promises Unleashed (1 of 8) - YouTube".
Yes, a country where 10% of the population starved to death while the leader lived in luxury, where hospitals and schools go without electricity, where people are shot for listening to pop music- is on the "right track." yeah, right. keep telling yourself that...
@TheTollundWoman Wow! I am so glad; I "thought" that everybody was starving! "10% of the population starved to death"...this is a real improvement from "DPRK is starving". —Thank you!
—Why don´t you, guys, take a hike, and spit your lies and poisonous hating feelings into other place?!!! —I love peace; that´s just one of the reasons why I love DPRK, so much.
Do some quiet thinking, and come back, if you like.
Thank you.
Don´t worry, my education is good enough to not insult anybody...
@jsnovais1000 so you're saying that 10% of the population is an acceptable figure? this doesn't even account for those who aren't dead yet and are barely scraping by on rats and tree bark. what's wrong with you?
@Fleishman322 Hello, dude! That problem had been solved already with TheTollundWoman, I thought, but seems not so. What I meant was that, from 100% down to 10%, it had been a real improvement!
But, wait, you are that guy who being 31 years old is still studying at school, aren´t you? Please, don´t get me wrong, but get back to your books, and don´t make too much noise, please!—I am very busy, writing on how money is created, and how capitalists screw you and me, by using it against us!
@Fleishman322 Sorry for having left you alone so long;I´m having a break, so i´m going to spend some time with you to explain something that you should have learned on your math classes; here it is:
(50 x 100) / 300 = 16,66...; I explain: this "50" figure stands for "the minimum of 50 million People living under the poverty line, in USA". So, more than 16,7% of USA population is on line-ups for emergency food!...
—...and I thought that the RICHEST COUNTRY in the World was free of poverty! Hmm?
@jsnovais1000 the poorest in the united states live better than most of the population of north korea, where, by u.n. estimates, about 27% of the population lives below the absolute poverty line of $1 per day.
there is no country in the world that is free of poverty, least of all north korea.
@jsnovais1000 living below the poverty line is different from starving to death. nobody in america is left to starve to death. 10% is an absolutely outrageous number, especially in the 21st century.
I hope that the whole North Korea--South Korean thing is dealt with by the end of 2011 or 2012. Seriously. It's been going on for far too long and Kim Jong Il just needs to leave. He's making everything worse. The people there need so much help, but they can't really get help and just live in delusion/pretend to live in a state of "happiness" with all these songs and whatnot. Middle East efforts need to be shifted to N. Korea. Seriously.
@brettsworld99 oh well yeah i agree with that, haha, i rarely believe anything i hear but i saw a documentary on north korea and kim jong il starves his people and turned his country into crap.
@brettsworld99 Do you have any idea what NK is going through?. I had friend's from north korea, who were refugees hiding in China, it was terrible hearing their stories. Why do you think people run away from that place?
If your talking sarcastically, no its not. Our world isn't perfect. There is no such thing as a perfect place. Our world is corrupted. I live in South Korea, and trust me.... its not perfect as it seems.
@brettsworld99 I have nothing against North Korea, for it is beautiful (including the song) but i am just stating the fact that North Korea's politics , laws, and government are totally screwed up.
@Bonanable i agree it could be inproved, i see that its not nearly as perfect as it trys to make itself look, but im trying to educate people that Korea is a very different country to what the US says it is
@CerebellumThe King Jung Il is being an asshole. he's playing by his own rules and making the game up as it goes along. Fuck him and his father. He doesn't even give a shit about his people.
If North Korea and the South join, the world will be so much better. Seriously. N. Korea just needs to give up since if they even initiate actual war/invasions, they're going to get butt raped (for lack of a better term) pretty fast. But people are fearful about the whole nuclear thing which is why there's so much push to get rid of nukes. I mean if 1 country shoots a nuke, the other will shoot 1 back. It'll be instant death for an entire country if even 1 is used.
I feel so bad for the people living in North Korea. They have so little, and the country is always under pressure by allied countries all around the world under careful watch. North Korea is still on a "hiatus" from the Korean War, which I don't think will ever end up Kim Jung Il leaves offices or passes away. Seriously. The country is like stuck in the 50s and the govt keeps spouting out happy propaganda brain washing, which probably doesn't work but the people there just follow in fear.
@ThinkSkater170 ... please, don´t!... DPRK does not need you; DPRK people do not need USA, or whatever country´s help you can imagine. They don´t need me either!. Put your idiosyncrasies aside and, after learning about agricultural, watering, rural urbanism, and other systems, use Google Earth and check out how they survived from all the isolation from other countries!
It´s simply amazing! — and if you still have doubts, wait until you grow up!
When I spoke that I know nothing more I was refering that Marx and Feuerbach is all you need to understand the basis of comunism (well engels is there with marx). I know a bit Lennin and the revolution ideas of Trotsky. So far for the misunderstanding
@bemersonbakebarmen well form trotsky I manly read their thesis about culture, and the stadiums of comunism acording to Lennin. Well Feuerbach and Marx will be.
6.- were rigth about this. So you can think we are being sorrounded by this machine, but in the end the machine is a statue that represent the humanity or people. I maybe lack certain methodology, but this is not a paper, the whole XX century proved me right as the way the wars were fighted trough 100 years was much ideologically oriented as "materialistic oriented". Mass Culture, Sub Culture, Popular culture and Technique followed a diferent path than the one you are proposing, egg or chiken
5.- thought, and as many times I been hearing "comunism has never been aplied in its true self" I never stoped remember Praga or Casas Viejas in Spain. Both Cases ended bad, for external causes, but still bad. You denny that we make the sistem is based in that humanity (not we but close) might want a better sistem. The needs, as well as Feuerbach told, are satisfied the desire is what we got, the "evil" desire (simplistic way of saying). People but not persons shape the sistem, structuralists
4.- we cant reduce them to that time only, but as a matter of study we must understand the goal of Socialism was a goal of their times. Of course it has become now an "universal goal" that of fraternity, etc. I think is more of a cause of Comunism more than an intelectual base, we could say Hegelian philosophy and French Socialism were reworked by Marxism cause by itselfs wont do nothing to comunism. Economy, the strong side of Engels, the one that should define comunism as a sistem was well
3.- sis but the concept of "Ideas". The way Marx think the history of humanty from the production, starting with the production of food, gets entangled when the ideologies started to weight more than the machine tha t"produced" them. It even be the other way around, in this Max Weber may be rigth, he was an expert in his own field, nor a profet (in his own words, that is why he didnt look at hegelian idealism). French Socialism as well as romanticism was the Ethos of certain times and history
2.-behave the same way, such is the asumtion of the german ideology. I know what I say, but I dont need to know all the body of comunism to see that has a little things wrong with a start. German phylosophy, or German Idealism, carried with the fake asumptions knowkn as Ideas A Priori (such as the freudian concept "mind") phyilosophy moved on, Hegel phylosophy machine was a way to explain the world and not to describe it, it carried the idealism of Kant, Im not talking about synthesis or anthyte
You are a very well educated gentlemen from 1930's. And while I know about post trotsky comunism as much as I know of neuroscience, I know enough to dismantel the base of the theory, the "german ideology" And When Max Weber speaks about capitalism I understand why people like you wont accept defeat.
I tell you that every aspect of our culture in inmerse in a cinism that justify the sistem we live in, Our desire in stronger than our needs. We are not shaped by the sistem, we shape it as it is
Nor I lived in 1930s, nor I understand their gentlemen-"cy" from that period , so please refrain from such ad-hominem, if you aren't kind to explain it in the first place. Let me say it again, Marxism is the legitimate successor to the best that man produced in the nineteenth century, as represented by German philosophy, English political economy and French socialism.
Herr Professor Max Weber, in his lengthy survey of Russia’s political development, refers to the Moscow uprising as a “putsch”. “The Lenin group,” says this “highly learned” Herr Professor, “and a section of the Socialist-Revolutionaries had long prepared for this senseless uprising.” Person who died in 1920, not even saw the first egalitarian state in action, and materialistic truth behind actions of the Communists then, and today especially.
"We are not shaped by the sistem, we shape it as it is" You would think that we would have egalitarian system where everyone can make most of it, looking how 'WE" shape the system, and it doesn't shape us.
Looking trough historical materialism, we can conclude (for now, no criticism still) that progress in the material, productive forces and Relations of production dictates the course of the economical (thus superstructure-economy-state) system we live into.
To say it simply, ONLY if we were ones who changed the system according to our whim. But its the system that change us, and "we" change it (as passive actors) according to everything BUT our own needs and will.
That is, your words are full of idealism, and baseless assumptions without any logical background or support. You very much lack methodology in your constructs, as every idealistic person lacks
Actually general 20st century history proved you wrong, from start
@TrueCommunist piano piano; Yes it was ad hominem, changes in western thinking are quite radical, I said a popurri of names Im not ashamed, Its too much to resume here in an abstract. The basic determinism of Marx upset me, nor I think people are determinated by the production, in the end not only his prediction of the boiling point of class war hasnt happened yet but people can not be grouped in classes that restrict their individualities, such assumption would say High Class or Low Class would
I really really under estimate you, as you do with me. You know your thing, but in the end it wont work, it wont work cause many things changed, many basics in materialism were wrong. Soviet rusia was in fact at the end under goberment of the party, as well as Latin american country Chile in 1971 for example. Soviet Union was not a good representaition of comunism but showed the problems in the development of the sistem. As in the end sistems are crossed, they always touch eachother
Your second post is even more disturbing, while you continue to pull straw-man arguments, while admitting you know nothing about subject, from sources. But you are ready to judge it and value it? That sounds like methodology of brainwashed person (usual for today's world anyway)...
First, Soviet Union was not Communist society, but was Socialist country. Note two level of differences in this, and the deepness of your ignorance here. (I'm trying to be constructive)
North Korea is hell on earth, the worst place posibl. Their Dictatorship is the worst ever, it leaves hitler like an Angel. Their culture is plagiarism from 1984 from george orwell. Kim rules like a king with an absolute monarchy but without any nobility not in his blood or in his heart, the hereditary power is the worst.
Tito allowed culture and art and was not afraid to put dogmatism aside (but still had a xenophobism to germans and catholics) North Koreans only way of happines is nature
I don't think the North Korean's think Pyongyang is their enemy, I personally feel they believe whatever the government states (as they have no other media) through a mix of fear and loyalty, it's hard to differentiate. While I was there you could sense high tensions all the time, the sense of living 'on a knife edge' if a person says or does anything inappropriate, though that is a 'feeling' not a fact. It is very hard to tell..
I've been to North Korea.. and it is far from beautiful. It is the saddest place I've ever been. The beautiful countryside has been picked dry of any vegetation and the whole society has been so suppressed I don't think they even know the difference between fear and loyalty. Not to mention no food, electricity or basic essentials that should be a human right in the 21st century.
@barbarash When did you visit North Korea? All of the countries that sucked off the Soviet tit were doing poorly after the USSR was bankrupted in a coup, orchestrated by Gorbachev, Yeltsin, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of England. Before that, North Korea was doing well enough under Kim Il Sung and foreign aid from Moscow. I wonder how N.K. is doing today?
@InfiniteMushroom I was there in 2008 for around a week. It's very hard to get a visa the legit way, but if you fly to Shenyang in China you can bribe your way into N.Korea surprisingly easily for like $100. N.K though not in the famish conditions it was in the 1990's, still suffers horrible food shortages, a decrepit infrastructure & no electricity for most of the country. It's a pretty sad situation, regardless political views there is no excuse for what the nations people have to endure.
@barbarash I figured most DPRK videos on YouTube were done with footage from the Kim Il Sung era.
Despite the privations, would you say that North Koreans feel as though their government is working for them nonetheless? Or do they secretly believe that Pyongyang is their enemy?
It's one thing when the fruits of tyranny accidentally contribute to organic solidarity and a homogeneous population. It's even worse when tyranny openly betrays and undermines social cohesion by design i.e. U.S. and U.K
@InfiniteMushroom Well to be honest you're more likely to find out information (misinformation?) about N.Korea more from the outside media than within it. When you arrive you are not allowed to leave yr guides side, you are watched 24/7 yes the rooms are bugged... you only really get to see the façade that they want to portray which includes endless war victory memorials and government propaganda. You don't get to communicate with the general public as it is forbidden...
@InfiniteMushroom The only times you get to see any sign of real North Korea is on the trips outside Pyongyang like the DMZone.... and most of it is full of empty roads and brown scenery due to everything being picked dry of vegetation. They try and emphasis how much 'food' they have by feeding you every 5 mins. Creepiest thing was the hotel, we were the only guests (in a 40 storey hotel) and at dinner time they STILL lay out food for the non existent guests in the main hall.
@InfiniteMushroom As I stated though political opinions aside (You are right about the UK/US IMO), you can't put an opinion on humanity, and with over 500k people documented to be in concentration camps, over 2 million people dying of starvation since 1994 that just isn't right..Also the UN claim that if N.K cut its military bill by just 5% a year they could solve the food crisis, yet they don't. I've read and seen videos from defectors on the hardships of N.K, but does this apply to everyone?
@InfiniteMushroom I think what was most fascinating about N.Korea is the visual of being stuck in Stalinist style Russia from the 50's, it's totally surreal. It really hasn't moved on visually with War/leader propaganda splashed everywhere you look, everyone dressed in a militant style dress code... it's stuck in a time warp. Though Pyongyang is a 'façade' city where only the high ranking 'healthy' looking people live so I wouldn't really categorise it as the REAL N.Korea.
@InfiniteMushroom I also highly recommend (though how accurate it is I'm unsure) the movie 'Crossing' it is about North Korean defectors it's really moving and sad but gives 'apparently' a real aspect of what real N.Korean life is like (which isn't totally negative). Their appreciation for simple things in life is something that is definitely missing in Western society.
@barbarash Wow! Thanks for the great contribution and first-hand insight into the DPRK.
I suppose, in theory, that the DPRK's organic solidarity could be preserved whilst improving their material standard of living. I'm sure the oligarchs of Pyongyang are well-versed in George Orwell's book, "1984." In a tyranny like theirs, it is vital that the military eat up any surplus that might exist after meeting the bare needs of the population. That is happening in the U.S. already!
@InfiniteMushroom North Korea is Orwell´s 1984, USA is Huxley "Brand New World" the only thing is helping USA is bipartidism, that is stoping them from improve but also stoping them to go to the last step (though maybe they are doing it backstage, bouth parties allignace). Stalin betray the revolution, Castro betray Guevara, the only good willed dictator Was Tito but he was savotaged by his own xenophobic pathology
Talking about dystopias , not only that you have no clue what is happening in DPRK or for that matter in USA, but also you are taking swing with your own paranoia. "Present" is much grimmer that any book have written, and certainly much broader. You should confine yourself from that MI6 propaganda artist, Orwell, and leave those emotions as "xenophobic pathology", "betraying revolution".. for yourself.
And those history channel nonsense about Stalin, Castro..etc do the same!
@TrueCommunist Communist are people with only one book, Benjamin, Adorno, Popper, Weber, Foucault, Baudrillard, etc... have comenter on Marx and Comunism. Comunism dont stop class war, there you have a burocratic class vs a working class. Lukacs was the only true comunist, not you
One book? Marx? I don't get your pun... And if you think from all people in this existence, that Lukacs is the only communist, then good for you! At least counter to Gyorgy, I wouldn't support scum like Béla Király, one of the main organizers of fascist uprising in 1956. Talking about "revisionism"..
Communism removes basis for class exploitation and class existence... so much of your knowledge of the subject and actors in it
@TrueCommunist Comunism dont remove class explotaition but expose it, comunes never really get to exist, Rusia for example only got till the rule of the party, the second stage. As well Comunist is based in the manifesto from Engels and Marx. Marx belonged to the school of german ideology, based particulary in Hegel, much of the errors made by him are inherited from Hegel. Revisionism cant be neglected, Marxism was in part a revisionist look to Hegel Philosophy. Comunism work... in Theory
For many years before the famine of the late '90s, many North Koreans lived simple yet relatively happy lives. Our view of freedom may differ, but we all strive for the same goal: a happy life. North Korea, before its famine, and the Western World were both able to provide that. As for the "Fuck Zionism", "Fuck Israel" nonsense, an open mind would do you some good.
Interested in North Korea? Read 'Under The Loving Care of the Fatherly Leader: North Korea Under the Kim Dynasty'. It's an amazing book. Very in depth. If youre already familiar with the facts on North Korea and want to get a personal account of living there, read 'Aquariums of Pyongyang', another excellent and interesting read by a citizen-turned-escapee of the opressive regime. There are a few others out there as well, but those two books are what stood out the most to me.

@DeoMachina You cant be Korean because you are using internet :) You are going against the the great leaders orders! You must be silenced scum DPRK FTW... hypocrite
@Jugoslav47 Do you think North Corea is a free world? Ask coreans what jail is this country. This doesnt mean usa is free as well, theyre money slaves like other capitalist countries but these countries are "democrat" not like NC which is a total dictatorship
Thank god from all dictatorships and oppression, the USA is least dictatorship, so its our only escape and solution... Please... you are embarrassing yourself, not only that you haven't been in DPRK, but haven't been in USA (or are informed about "great" actions their "democracy" is gifting the Planet), in case you are from the USA, I must congratulate their propaganda machine, they made their people (sheep) not only acknowledge their flaws, but ALSO to LOVE, adore and defend them!!!
Nothing like "critical" "minded" masses! You should look up to your friend here -bemersonbakebarmer-, at least his idealism is making his criticize. Now that he is only partial criticizing what he is being thought to, and has no capacity to "create new value" in talk and ideas, its beside the point.
Be more creative, more truthful, at least admit you have no real factual idea what is going on in the DPRK (North Korea)...
@TrueCommunist For create something new I would have to reconstruct comunism, wich by definition would destroy It so it can be reconstructed. But the sistem itself has ben reconstructed a number of times. My personal belif is that only relativism can make something new of something so petrified as comunism. Popper said is not cience cause the sistem justify itself (Hegelianism also), Foucoult saw how power is not destroyed but transfered, Baudrillard saw Consumism as the center of capitalism
@bemersonbakebarmen Consumism and not Production, that way capitalism includes the same people that opress, and they willingly participate. Weber said that economy is not the main factor, cultural aspects like theology, art, etc... supports the sistem, changing the sistem wont change the culture. School of Frankfurt saw how the burocratic class opressed freedom and free will as badly as Capitalism, Comunism wont let people think by themselfs
I didn't know they ship such uninformed and uneducated people to the world, but as I stated before, its what schools are for (in capitalist world). Looks like you need a short lesson: Marx, himself young Hegelian in the beginning, very soon changed his position when he became more active in political affairs, and more educated and mingled with various people world wide. Marxism was created out of Classical German Philosophy, French Socialism and British Political Economy.
Communism is far from what you stated, and its hardly only contained in one book. (Manifesto) Communist party program is contained in Communist manifesto (thus the name), and if you want to explore what communism means and how they came to that position, you would, most certainly, have to read, Das Kapital, A Critique of the German Ideology, Theses on Feuerbach, Critique of the Gotha Program, Ludwig Feuerbach and the End of Classical German Philosophy...etc etc
If you had any knowledge you would know that communism, ends all exploitation by the process of attaining it. And in Soviet Union (not "Rusia") they were in transitional phase (not "second stage") like any socialist county in the world, just they were pioneers then. Not only that socialism works in practice sufficient times more then any class (today capitalist) system could, for communism we need to have whole planet united, a.k.a. capitalism "exterminated".
So this is a N. Korean "music video", eh? Can anybody tell me, do they ALL look like 1980's USA TV station sign-offs?

—At the present western economic mess, most of western Countries (including USA) are screwed-up in their social systems, and in their entire economies, because of wrong social and economic planning, and usury of capitalist pigs!

@jsnovais1000
TheTollundWoman 6 months ago
@TheTollundWoman Continuing from my YouTube channel, I like that expression of yours: "yankee imperialist bastards"!... —Wow!
—I can see that you are in a very confusing status of mind; I am afraid that you are helpless, I am afraid that you are lost!
To finish: only two things.
1—Do you know what money is, and how it is created?
2—Do you know what the Internet is, and how you, I and everybody in the World are controlled by the International Banking Cartel through the the Web?
Think about that.

TheTollundWoman 6 months ago

TheTollundWoman 6 months ago
@TheTollundWoman Wow! I am so glad; I "thought" that everybody was starving! "10% of the population starved to death"...this is a real improvement from "DPRK is starving". —Thank you!
—Why don´t you, guys, take a hike, and spit your lies and poisonous hating feelings into other place?!!! —I love peace; that´s just one of the reasons why I love DPRK, so much.
Do some quiet thinking, and come back, if you like.
Thank you.

@jsnovais1000 so you're saying that 10% of the population is an acceptable figure? this doesn't even account for those who aren't dead yet and are barely scraping by on rats and tree bark. what's wrong with you?
Fleishman322 5 months ago
@Fleishman322 Hello, dude! That problem had been solved already with TheTollundWoman, I thought, but seems not so. What I meant was that, from 100% down to 10%, it had been a real improvement!
But, wait, you are that guy who being 31 years old is still studying at school, aren´t you? Please, don´t get me wrong, but get back to your books, and don´t make too much noise, please!—I am very busy, writing on how money is created, and how capitalists screw you and me, by using it against us!
Thanks!
jsnovais1000 5 months ago
@Fleishman322 Sorry for having left you alone so long;I´m having a break, so i´m going to spend some time with you to explain something that you should have learned on your math classes; here it is:
(50 x 100) / 300 = 16,66...; I explain: this "50" figure stands for "the minimum of 50 million People living under the poverty line, in USA". So, more than 16,7% of USA population is on line-ups for emergency food!...
—...and I thought that the RICHEST COUNTRY in the World was free of poverty! Hmm?
jsnovais1000 5 months ago
@jsnovais1000 the poorest in the united states live better than most of the population of north korea, where, by u.n. estimates, about 27% of the population lives below the absolute poverty line of $1 per day.
there is no country in the world that is free of poverty, least of all north korea.

It'll be instant death for an entire country if even 1 is used.

When I spoke that I know nothing more I was refering that Marx and Feuerbach is all you need to understand the basis of comunism (well engels is there with marx). I know a bit Lennin and the revolution ideas of Trotsky. So far for the misunderstanding
bemersonbakebarmen 1 year ago
@bemersonbakebarmen well form trotsky I manly read their thesis about culture, and the stadiums of comunism acording to Lennin. Well Feuerbach and Marx will be.
bemersonbakebarmen 1 year ago
6.- were rigth about this. So you can think we are being sorrounded by this machine, but in the end the machine is a statue that represent the humanity or people. I maybe lack certain methodology, but this is not a paper, the whole XX century proved me right as the way the wars were fighted trough 100 years was much ideologically oriented as "materialistic oriented". Mass Culture, Sub Culture, Popular culture and Technique followed a diferent path than the one you are proposing, egg or chiken
bemersonbakebarmen 1 year ago
5.- thought, and as many times I been hearing "comunism has never been aplied in its true self" I never stoped remember Praga or Casas Viejas in Spain. Both Cases ended bad, for external causes, but still bad. You denny that we make the sistem is based in that humanity (not we but close) might want a better sistem. The needs, as well as Feuerbach told, are satisfied the desire is what we got, the "evil" desire (simplistic way of saying). People but not persons shape the sistem, structuralists
bemersonbakebarmen 1 year ago
4.- we cant reduce them to that time only, but as a matter of study we must understand the goal of Socialism was a goal of their times. Of course it has become now an "universal goal" that of fraternity, etc. I think is more of a cause of Comunism more than an intelectual base, we could say Hegelian philosophy and French Socialism were reworked by Marxism cause by itselfs wont do nothing to comunism. Economy, the strong side of Engels, the one that should define comunism as a sistem was well
bemersonbakebarmen 1 year ago
3.- sis but the concept of "Ideas". The way Marx think the history of humanty from the production, starting with the production of food, gets entangled when the ideologies started to weight more than the machine tha t"produced" them. It even be the other way around, in this Max Weber may be rigth, he was an expert in his own field, nor a profet (in his own words, that is why he didnt look at hegelian idealism). French Socialism as well as romanticism was the Ethos of certain times and history
bemersonbakebarmen 1 year ago
2.-behave the same way, such is the asumtion of the german ideology. I know what I say, but I dont need to know all the body of comunism to see that has a little things wrong with a start. German phylosophy, or German Idealism, carried with the fake asumptions knowkn as Ideas A Priori (such as the freudian concept "mind") phyilosophy moved on, Hegel phylosophy machine was a way to explain the world and not to describe it, it carried the idealism of Kant, Im not talking about synthesis or anthyte
bemersonbakebarmen 1 year ago
You are a very well educated gentlemen from 1930's. And while I know about post trotsky comunism as much as I know of neuroscience, I know enough to dismantel the base of the theory, the "german ideology" And When Max Weber speaks about capitalism I understand why people like you wont accept defeat.
I tell you that every aspect of our culture in inmerse in a cinism that justify the sistem we live in, Our desire in stronger than our needs. We are not shaped by the sistem, we shape it as it is
bemersonbakebarmen 1 year ago
@bemersonbakebarmen (cont 3)
TrueCommunist 1 year ago
@bemersonbakebarmen (cont 4)
TrueCommunist 1 year ago
@bemersonbakebarmen (cont 5)
TrueCommunist 1 year ago
@bemersonbakebarmen (cont 6)
TrueCommunist 1 year ago
@TrueCommunist piano piano; Yes it was ad hominem, changes in western thinking are quite radical, I said a popurri of names Im not ashamed, Its too much to resume here in an abstract. The basic determinism of Marx upset me, nor I think people are determinated by the production, in the end not only his prediction of the boiling point of class war hasnt happened yet but people can not be grouped in classes that restrict their individualities, such assumption would say High Class or Low Class would
bemersonbakebarmen 1 year ago
(cont 2)
I really really under estimate you, as you do with me. You know your thing, but in the end it wont work, it wont work cause many things changed, many basics in materialism were wrong. Soviet rusia was in fact at the end under goberment of the party, as well as Latin american country Chile in 1971 for example. Soviet Union was not a good representaition of comunism but showed the problems in the development of the sistem. As in the end sistems are crossed, they always touch eachother
bemersonbakebarmen 1 year ago
@bemersonbakebarmen (cont 2)

North Korea is the definition of a living hell.
barbarash 1 year ago
@barbarash When did you visit North Korea? All of the countries that sucked off the Soviet tit were doing poorly after the USSR was bankrupted in a coup, orchestrated by Gorbachev, Yeltsin, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of England. Before that, North Korea was doing well enough under Kim Il Sung and foreign aid from Moscow. I wonder how N.K. is doing today?
InfiniteMushroom 1 year ago
@InfiniteMushroom I was there in 2008 for around a week. It's very hard to get a visa the legit way, but if you fly to Shenyang in China you can bribe your way into N.Korea surprisingly easily for like $100. N.K though not in the famish conditions it was in the 1990's, still suffers horrible food shortages, a decrepit infrastructure & no electricity for most of the country. It's a pretty sad situation, regardless political views there is no excuse for what the nations people have to endure.
barbarash 1 year ago
@barbarash I figured most DPRK videos on YouTube were done with footage from the Kim Il Sung era.
Despite the privations, would you say that North Koreans feel as though their government is working for them nonetheless? Or do they secretly believe that Pyongyang is their enemy?
It's one thing when the fruits of tyranny accidentally contribute to organic solidarity and a homogeneous population. It's even worse when tyranny openly betrays and undermines social cohesion by design i.e. U.S. and U.K
InfiniteMushroom 1 year ago
@InfiniteMushroom Well to be honest you're more likely to find out information (misinformation?) about N.Korea more from the outside media than within it. When you arrive you are not allowed to leave yr guides side, you are watched 24/7 yes the rooms are bugged... you only really get to see the façade that they want to portray which includes endless war victory memorials and government propaganda. You don't get to communicate with the general public as it is forbidden...
barbarash 1 year ago
@InfiniteMushroom The only times you get to see any sign of real North Korea is on the trips outside Pyongyang like the DMZone.... and most of it is full of empty roads and brown scenery due to everything being picked dry of vegetation. They try and emphasis how much 'food' they have by feeding you every 5 mins. Creepiest thing was the hotel, we were the only guests (in a 40 storey hotel) and at dinner time they STILL lay out food for the non existent guests in the main hall.
barbarash 1 year ago
@InfiniteMushroom As I stated though political opinions aside (You are right about the UK/US IMO), you can't put an opinion on humanity, and with over 500k people documented to be in concentration camps, over 2 million people dying of starvation since 1994 that just isn't right..Also the UN claim that if N.K cut its military bill by just 5% a year they could solve the food crisis, yet they don't. I've read and seen videos from defectors on the hardships of N.K, but does this apply to everyone?
barbarash 1 year ago
@InfiniteMushroom I think what was most fascinating about N.Korea is the visual of being stuck in Stalinist style Russia from the 50's, it's totally surreal. It really hasn't moved on visually with War/leader propaganda splashed everywhere you look, everyone dressed in a militant style dress code... it's stuck in a time warp. Though Pyongyang is a 'façade' city where only the high ranking 'healthy' looking people live so I wouldn't really categorise it as the REAL N.Korea.
barbarash 1 year ago
@InfiniteMushroom I also highly recommend (though how accurate it is I'm unsure) the movie 'Crossing' it is about North Korean defectors it's really moving and sad but gives 'apparently' a real aspect of what real N.Korean life is like (which isn't totally negative). Their appreciation for simple things in life is something that is definitely missing in Western society.
barbarash 1 year ago
@barbarash Wow! Thanks for the great contribution and first-hand insight into the DPRK.
I suppose, in theory, that the DPRK's organic solidarity could be preserved whilst improving their material standard of living. I'm sure the oligarchs of Pyongyang are well-versed in George Orwell's book, "1984." In a tyranny like theirs, it is vital that the military eat up any surplus that might exist after meeting the bare needs of the population. That is happening in the U.S. already!
InfiniteMushroom 1 year ago

TrueCommunist 1 year ago
@TrueCommunist Comunism dont remove class explotaition but expose it, comunes never really get to exist, Rusia for example only got till the rule of the party, the second stage. As well Comunist is based in the manifesto from Engels and Marx. Marx belonged to the school of german ideology, based particulary in Hegel, much of the errors made by him are inherited from Hegel. Revisionism cant be neglected, Marxism was in part a revisionist look to Hegel Philosophy. Comunism work... in Theory

@Jugoslav47 Do you think North Corea is a free world? Ask coreans what jail is this country. This doesnt mean usa is free as well, theyre money slaves like other capitalist countries but these countries are "democrat" not like NC which is a total dictatorship
Ginekope 1 year ago
@Ginekope
TrueCommunist 1 year ago
@Ginekope

Popper said is not cience cause the sistem justify itself (Hegelianism also), Foucoult saw how power is not destroyed but transfered, Baudrillard saw Consumism as the center of capitalism
bemersonbakebarmen 1 year ago
@bemersonbakebarmen Consumism and not Production, that way capitalism includes the same people that opress, and they willingly participate. Weber said that economy is not the main factor, cultural aspects like theology, art, etc... supports the sistem, changing the sistem wont change the culture. School of Frankfurt saw how the burocratic class opressed freedom and free will as badly as Capitalism, Comunism wont let people think by themselfs
bemersonbakebarmen 1 year ago
@bemersonbakebarmen

(cont.1)
Communism is far from what you stated, and its hardly only contained in one book. (Manifesto) Communist party program is contained in Communist manifesto (thus the name), and if you want to explore what communism means and how they came to that position, you would, most certainly, have to read, Das Kapital, A Critique of the German Ideology, Theses on Feuerbach, Critique of the Gotha Program, Ludwig Feuerbach and the End of Classical German Philosophy...etc etc

(cont.2)
If you had any knowledge you would know that communism, ends all exploitation by the process of attaining it. And in Soviet Union (not "Rusia") they were in transitional phase (not "second stage") like any socialist county in the world, just they were pioneers then. Not only that socialism works in practice sufficient times more then any class (today capitalist) system could, for communism we need to have whole planet united, a.k.a. capitalism "exterminated".
