I'm inclined to think that most of the people that hated this game either never playet it or did play it didn't know what they were supposed to do. Consdering the gaming era this was created in and the technological limitations of its time, it wasn't that bad.
Do you honestly believe that? Think about it during the time we had games like Dig dug, Pacman, Asteroids, Tetris, Etc. This game was utter shit I remember when I owned it for a total of 30 seconds then it was shipped off to a hole in Mexico just like everyone else who owned it.
@montecristo73 I agree. Atari would never throw away the cartridges. They would of done what Nintendo did to their RadarScope arcades: recycle. What actually caused the 1983 North American Video Game Crash was business. There was no licensing, while there were some cheating going on (e.g. modules for playing Atari 2600 titles for the Intellivision and Colecovision), while the stores were flooded with many other games.
Haters should of read the manuals and play it on Easy Mode.

"Most eagerly awaited video game cartridge since Pac-Man"
Oh, God help me, I'm going to burst out laughing. The two most infamous video game cartridges ever...
This game is so bad, I downloaded a .7z file of the ROM, it was *6.66* kilobytes. Satan himself is begging to be connected to this game.
