I can say with 90% certainty that the whale war in the Antarctic is over. The whalers are 200 million dollars in debt to Japans fisheries which it is supposed to pay back with the money it makes whaling (which it isn't anymore). Then their vessel is out of date and the fuel it runs on won't be allowed, and that's a one of a kind multi million dollar vessel which is impossible to replace. Of course the whalers could ignore the laws anyways, but this time I doubt it.

I can say with 90% certainty that the whale war in the Antarctic is over. The whalers are 200 million dollars in debt to Japans fisheries which it is supposed to pay back with the money it makes whaling (which it isn't anymore). Then their vessel is out of date and the fuel it runs on won't be allowed, and that's a one of a kind multi million dollar vessel which is impossible to replace. Of course the whalers could ignore the laws anyways, but this time I doubt it.

They already lost one boat after violating maritime regulations, International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, what happens next time this happens? I would have no problem with them harassing the fleet if they didn't endanger lives, but the do and that makes them worse than the whalers.
