YHVH is the overall system of the five worlds AK, and ABYA. the point of the Yud is AK, the Yud is Atzilut, the first Hey is Beria, Vav is Yetzira, and the second Hey is Assiya.

Meditation is not to empty your mind. But, rather to focus it on one thing at a time so that you can be more organized in your thinking.. instead of having so many scattered thoughts crashing about.. causing confusion. Hope this helps!

The creations are the meeting point between the positive light & the negative nothingness. The angels are the creations of this light that know the light to exist most intimately. But everything is feminine in relation to what is above it, and masculine to what is below it. Plus, there couldn't be any projection without reception. first thing that's bugging me: why would the Creator need pleasing?

then, why would i need to get rid of the ego? i did that and failed, i think i should just accept and acknowledge every part of me as being part of a whole being which is nor good nor bad, it has been conditioned to filter perception as being so, good or bad.

shame, guilt, fear and all "negative" thoughts and feelings are part of us (being programmed so). if i get rid of all of them, i will be "good" but not as good as Spirit.
