If you're on GO Launcher EX, just press the menu key on the home screen, click Theme, and ice cream sandwich will be in there, just apply. :)

It says I need ADW ex and wont let me apply theme

@TheBabylux if you are using the free version of ADW, you'll need to manually go into ADWSettings to apply the theme. You'll find the option in Theme Prefences.
