  • @redconfederate But you still can't spell...

  • I love it when I see big music stars that are not consumed by the temptations of Hollywood that can keep their Faith...

  • This is my favorite song it reminds me of my grandmother and my girlfriends father and mother she lost her mother November of 2011 and she just lost her father

  • Jesus died for me. Therefore, I will live for Him.

  • im atheist but this music is awesome

  • @scopies1 it is rather catchy

  • This is amazing! I can't say I'm a country music fan, but this is my new favorite song. :D

  • I don't believe in any God, but I like all these good ol' songs.

  • @CountryCarlson God still believes in you.

  • Mom loved this song so much she could sing it in English and Spanish and my sisters and I use to play the tambourine at Church for her :) Nice memories of my Pentecostal up bringing thanks!

  • This song takes me back to the simple, sweet things I believed as a child.

  • Ooooo. Be nice to people. Be gentle. Be honest. Be fair. Be charitable. WOW!!! I must be a god. These things can ONLY come from a magical sky daddy who likes to send 99% of his creation into an everlasting pit of fire. You Jesus freaks are psychotic.

  • @mouthyweasel Hey brother. If you have a problem with us "Jesus Freaks" then why are you on this video? GO AWAY. And i guarantee you that all of are proud to be Jesus Freaks. God bless you and may he help you find the light.

  • My book at lulu.com (just type on searchbar - Heleno Henzo)

  • Alan o Brazil I love !!!

  • Boooooo Advertisements

  • Just a few more days... :D :D

I can't wait to see Him. I'm not worthy to even see Him for one second but thanks be to God through our Lord Jesus for His Sovereign Grace which pulled us out and saved us and while we were yet sinners and His enemies Christ died for us. If I said more I'd be a hypocrite. I'm not worthy of Him. If I live till tomorrow it will be pure grace.

    All glory goes to Jesus.

  • I love that men like Alan Jackson aren't afraid to share their faith in Jesus Christ.

May I add, if someone is uninterested in hearing the Gospel or only wants to fight then kick off the dust from your shoes. If a person is genuinely interested in hearing the Gospel then open up your Bible; God's Word never returns back void and the Holy Spirit can soften even the hardest of hearts. 2 Timothy 3:15-17 When we (and I am guilty of this) try to argue the point it sometimes just pushes people away

  • @pinkinmybrain Of course search your heart and seek God's guidance on the issue. With His discernment we know what to say. God bless you all!

  • why do there have to be athiest in this world that the almighty god himself created?

  • if you're not a christian then you shouldnt be raising hell on this video anyways. get outta here and let us be happy without your atheist 2 cent input

  • Jesus suffered for 1 day. Many of you have family member that are suffering horrifically from cancer, and other wasting diseases that make 1 day of suffering look inviting. What is important to KNOW is this: You can't be forgiven or relieved of your responsibilities for what you do in this life. Your guilt and culpability is yours to keep forever. Also: we have absolutely no reason to believe in any kind of afterlife. That's just man's nonsensical wishful and fearful thinking. No proof.

  • @mouthyweasel Your arguements are silly and not of intellect or wisdom but just like a child's. Something is terribly wrong with you .

What proof you have your father is really yours?. Did you ever go for a DNA test?. Don't just beleive any one anymore - oh,you need proof - do a DNA check before you continue to believe what you beleive. With the test result as proof in your hand comeback and then post more comments here. See you.

  • @mouthyweasel How do you know we can't be forgiven? And being forgiven is not the same thing as avoiding consequences for behavior. Consequences always follow actions. What about people who have been brought back from clinical death to report that SOMETHING exists beyond this plane? Are all the similarities just coincincidence? That seems unlikely, since many of them had no prior knowledge of the others' experiences. Open your mind. Are you so afraid of something bigger than yourself?

  • @GINGRRBRDGRL11 Forgiven by whom? It seems a preposterous notion that because someone was tortured to death in the Bronze age illiterate parts of the middle east that we can be forgiven for the offenses we commit. That makes no sense. And rejecting to believe this insane proposition buys one an eternity of conscious torment in a lake of fire? Get real. It's absurd, wicked, & immoral nonsense.

Secondly... I'm wide open to new evidence, and can change the things I believe when appropriate.

  • @mouthyweasel your right you know and did you also know the spanish inquisition pushed us back technlogically it pushed us back some 500 years if i remember right

  • good song

  • This is a wonderful rendition. Alan J. does a great job on many of these old gospel songs and hymns. If anyone has a video of The Stock Brothers, please upload. They have heavenly harmony!

  • this song is AWESOME! HELL YEA!

  • Just lost my sister last night. She left behind three teenagers. This video has been played over and and over today, and has given me comfort. She WAS washed in the blood of the lamb, and she has joined that heavenly choir of angels to joyously sing forever.

  • @Mommyrox78 xxxxx

  • @Mommyrox78 sory to here that. when i was 1 years old my mom passed away and when i play this it gives comfort to my hole family

  • @Mommyrox78 Sorry to hear. I went to church with Mr Albert and Mrs Goldie when I was a kid. They were true Christians and it shows in his music. God be with you

  • @Mommyrox78 IM SORRY ILL KEAP U IN MY PRAYERS

  • @Mommyrox78 did she take it in the ass?

  • Alan, as always was fantastic

  • mouthyweasel got his name from suck to much dick

  • @awesome12345ish If you don't like mouthyweasel then i am going to assume whatever religion you are correlates with this song. If that's true, then i will assume you probably shouldn't be insulting someone. So I can only suggest not wasting your time trying to insult a troll.

  • @idk40able You are very right, you can't just flat out insult them like that, you must tell them off, and in which case is my secret weapon!

  • @awesome12345ish That should be "suckING toO" much dick, moron. However, I happen to have never sucked a dick. Nonetheless, fuck you, dipshit.

  • And it's even a crappy song.

  • @mouthyweasel ;;;;;;; JESUS TURNED THE OTHER CHEEK , I WOULD BUST YOU IN THE MOUTH;;;;;;;;; IF YOU DONT LIKE IT DONT WATCH ,,,, STUPID

  • @wade9338 He's just what they call an internet troll, they run all over youtube causing hate and discontent, they love the attention, but I'm going to give him a piece of my mind!

  • @mouthyweasel It is not crappy, it is the lord's song, and you should respect the relgious beliefs of Christians, Jews, and Baptists. Like I respect people who don't love Jesus. The bible is based on the Belief of God, and Jesus.

  • @BATHORSEGUARD I don't respect Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Mormonism, or any untenable religion of any stripe. Their claims are completely ridiculous, violent, intolerant, & divisive. I don't respect religion. Why should it deserve respect? You're basically saying I should respect someone who will believe almost anything on insufficient evidence. Nonsense. Don't raise your children that way. And yeah... lord's song or not: it sucks; Aurally repugnant, musically toothless, twangy babble.

  • @mouthyweasel The bible gives out truth and history, I agree, if all sides are being ridiculous I speak out, usuall saying, "YALL ARE BEIN RIDICULOUS!" But however, I pray for your sake, that you find the depth of all of this, and realise that God is real.

  • @BATHORSEGUARD I, too, will hope you realize that God is NOT real, and that we don't understand how the Universe began and shouldn't make any crazy assumptions until we have some data.

  • @mouthyweasel Well the one of the bible's story is about Moses parting the red sea, and closing it when he and Jesus' disaples were through. So when he did that, the water killed and drowned the whole egyptian arm and it's king, with horses and charios. The scientists thought this was not true, so they did a little research, then went diving down, and guess what, they found the remains of human bodies, horses, and broken chariots, and never did they question the bible again, they just dropped it

  • @BATHORSEGUARD You have no idea what you're talking about. Moses and Jesus were separated by thousands of years. No one has ever found any physical evidence to support the Exodus story. None. Israeli archaeologists are first to admit this.

  • @mouthyweasel No, but still, there is just one story from the bible that prooves itself!

  • @mouthyweasel Keep up, weasel. Eight years ago I saw an "Unexplained Mysteries" hosted by the late Jerry Orbach. He presented evidence found in Egypt in temples, on stila, and in historical records which documented the narrative concerning Moses and the Pharoah: Moses' upbringing as a prince of Egypt, his exile after he killed an Egyptian overseer, his demand that the Hebrew slave be freed, the plagues, the death of the firstborn, and the exodus. Moses' name was expunged per Pharoah's order.

  • @GINGRRBRDGRL11 I hope you're kidding. No, honey... the real scientists say NO. No wonder you believe in magical people and gods and heaven and miracles. YOu get all your information from television programming for the mentally subnormal. Jerry Orbach also did shows on space phantoms, human combustion, and Bigfoot. Nice try, though. The Exodus never happened. Israeli and Egyptian scientists concur.

  • @mouthyweasel What magical people? And no, I don't believe in"gods" . I believe in God. Uninformed generalizations about where I get "all" my information only reveal your own mental status. Intelligent people know that the probability of a randomly happening universe is far less than the probability of a Creator (Reference Issac Asimov).

  • @GINGRRBRDGRL11 Why one god & not 2 or 3 or 17? What proof do you have that anything was the act of 1 god? What proof do you have for anything? You and I have the same evidence to examine and yet we've come to radically different conclusions about the fundamental nature of reality, including the formation of the cosmos, random mutation, etc. I never said a randomly happening universe is how we've come to be here. I don't claim to know the answer these things. ..but you do, don't you?

  • @mouthyweasel I thinks it's best for us to talk, and you might change your mind, I didn't believe in the lord either that is until something hit me, organizems can't evolve when they are tiny, and form something huge, not to mention before that thought hit me, I had a wreck.

  • Vicarious redemption is immoral. Your sins can't be magically taken away by way of a scapegoat. It is immoral. There is no heaven or hell. Those are Iron Age stories written by scientifically ignorant stupefied peasants. This is a real world we live in. We know NOTHING of an afterlife.... so stop making up stories and believing them. When will superstition finally die?

  • @mouthyweasel , yep...your going to hell.

  • @NP535overdrive Exactly the kind of remark one would expect from someone who doesn't know the difference between 'your' and 'you're'. Ostensibly, one needn't know anything punctuation, contractions or homophones or any of the finer points of grammar in order to know exactly what happens to us after we die.

  • @NP535overdrive You cannot say who is or is not going to hell, what kind of christian are you? Most certainly not a very good one to talk like that, of course we all sin! Sin is apart of our life style no matter what!

  • @mouthyweasel i wish i could see u so i can do a non-christian thing and beat the LIVING HELL out of u wit a bible god would forgive me. u need to get the hell of this song if u dont like it

  • @luke13andress I think you'll like this:

  • CANT PEOPLE JUST BE CONTENT WITH BELIEVING WHAT THEY WANT TO BELIEVE IN...WHY DO ALL YOU RELIGOUS FUCKS HAVE TO TRY AND FORCE YOUR BELIEFS ON OTHER PEOPLE....IGNORANT FUCKS

  • why is every comment on here a paragraph? calm down people...this is a song, not a religous debate, believe what you want, but dont try and force it on others..geesh

  • 10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4

  • que le seigneur benisse Alan Jackson pour ce beau cantique.

  • I love this song.May GOD richley bless yall.

  • @Supdude1964 Me, too! I really haven't grieved heavily, as I know he is in Heaven praising the Lord. He introduced me to Southern Gosepel and blue grass and all of this type of music. We went to so many good concerts together. And I introduced him to Stryper and Petra and the like. We even took him (my brother and I) to a Steve Camp concert (!!!). He said if he (Steve) was really living what he said he was a good guy...and he appreciated the good lyrics of Stryper and Petra!

  • thank you Jesus for forgiveing me i love you Lord

  • I love allen jackson would rate him right there with roy acuff would love to here him sing the wabash cannonball please

  • i love Alan Jackson's music! I love when the country singers do hymns!

STOP BEING A PHARISEE saying I'm glad I'm not like that sinner over that?

SPIRITUAL PRIDE IS AS MAJOR A SIN AS ANYTHING!!!!

Did you read the book he & his wife wrote about their marital problems?

The only thing that makes us clean before God is the Blood of Jesus applied to our life when we realize in God's eyes, we STINK with sin, not our own good works . Don't think you now deserve God's favor, read 1 john 1:8-10

  • Hell yes! I love to listen to Alan Jackson any ol' time;)

  • For all of those that have put the negative comments on here, remember this one thing...This life has so many choices...Eternity has two. Once you have drawn that last breath of life it is too late to make your decision.

  • I do not usually do country. But this is amazing.

  • i believe in God he is real and i wil be with him forever

  • I don't believe in God, but I like these songs.

  • @jarrettevanbrown He loves you anyways.

  • @jarrettevanbrown All u have 2is look at creation. Includung tourself to see God is real. Jesus loves u more than u can imagine.

  • @tom1121345 Cussing used to be considered a sin, as in "Let no unwholesome communication (or talk) come out of your mouth." What happened?

  • i try to wath tis every 4 times a week

  • Take um to church Allen!! I'm over here jammin lol

  • well... all i can say is.. this video is amazing! and all of those hell bound athiests down there have no taste in good music!!!

  • You and your barbaric blood sacrifice death cult. A scape goat tortured in the desert in bronze age palestine, and you think you can have your sins removed? Keep fuckin dreaming. Yet, with pious devotion you sing.... celebrating being WASHED IN BLOOD. Shame on all of you.

  • @mouthyweasel Hey every heard of a thing called a metaphor? Probably not!! It is called Baptism. And a cult.... You should know all about those since you are so intelligent about the world with all of its religions. What do you believe and what do you practice? Since obviously you are too scared of your own religion that you have to bash other people's beliefs. Very petty and childish yeah real smart!! I believe in Jesus and his love and I know he feels for you he wants you to come back to him.

  • @Gigglesren "...I KNOW he feels for you and he wants you to come back to him." Aren't you REALLY saying that YOU WANT me to come back to him? You and I , primates, with access to the same information in this life, have come to a an entirely different understanding of nature of the universe. My "belief"(until proven otherwise) is that there is no heaven or hell or theistic god. Jesus may have been a forward thinking dude, but not magically so. That's just silly. The nonsense is too thick.

  • @mouthyweasel we are not dreaming jesus is real and being washed by is blood that was sacriface on the cross for our sins is real also. the only way to god is by being forgiven thats what being washed means. we are not a cult either god has given you a choice you can follow him and be with hum forever or face a buring hell that is for the devil and his demons. so like traditional cults you have no choice. i hope you will follow jesus. i will bw praying for you,

  • @wwefan20105 Of course you are. You WANT Jesus' magic to be real. I can understand that. You want a way to be washed of your sins. I understand that. But wishing and wanting doesn't make things true. How did you miss that part about reality? It's a fantasy to think you're forgiven by a supernatural magical being. This is a REAL world you live in governed by real & immutable laws. Staffs can't turn into snakes. Seas don't part. No heaven. No Hell. No EVIDENCE. No REASON to belive.

  • @mouthyweasel YOU KNOW IT'S RATHER OBVIOUS THAT YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN GOD AND HEY, THAT'S ALRIGHT BECAUSE HE BELIEVES IN YOU. AND THAT, CHILD, IS THE TRUE MIRACLE.

  • YOU KNOW IT'S RATHER OBVIOUS THAT YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN GOD AND HEY, THAT'S ALRIGHT BECAUSE HE BELIEVES IN YOU. AND THAT, CHILD, IS THE TRUE MIRACLE..IDON'T JUST BELIEVE THIS IT IS MY STRONGEST CONVICTION. LAURIE-ALEVA BOLES

  • @TheTangerineblue For reasons of clarity, which God, if you don't mind my asking? I'm assuming it's the God of the Bible? Certainly not the god of the Quran (Allah) , or the Hindu Bhagavadgītā (Shiva, Vishnu, Brahma, etc.) Just to be clear... you're talking about YAHWEH, right? He who admonishes us to kill people for imaginary crimes like witchcraft. Stone women to death who aren't virgins on their wedding day; Keep slaves; kill gays; sacrifice animals and give him the kidney fat...etc.???

  • @mouthyweasel OH GO TO...HEAVEN! IF YOU TOOK THE TIME TO READ ALL OF THE WORD YOU'D KNOW THAT OUR FATHER MELLOWED WITH AGE, smile. AND WHY HAVE YOU NOW ACCREDITED HIS EXSISTENCE BY SIGHTING HIS CRUELITIES TO MAN? I APPLUAD YOUR QUETIONING, CAUTIOUS RESERVATION, BUT SHOULDN'T YOU FIRST HAVE GOTTEN ALOT MORE FACTS/FIGURES ET AL TO BACK YOUR THEROIES UP WITH?

  • @TheTangerineblue :-) That's a big YES to "Yahweh", then. Matured with age? He who never changes? Ok. So he became a man (or had a son) had himself (or his son) tortured to death so he doesn't have to send us to a place that doesn't actually exist, for crimes we didn't actually commit. Superstitious nonsense. Based in faith. Faith, & NOT fact. NO evidence. Just know that your "faith", by definition, IS wish thought. Faith = Belief that IS NOT BASED ON PROOF. What a tragic mistake.

  • Check out 0:57 Sarah Palin is at this concert.

  • I love this. God Bless u Allen.

  • i love this song

  • @Ilovemysaviorjesus...your demanor says alot. Do you think Jesus would have responded with cussing and name calling? shame shame shame

  • GOD BLESS EVERYONE

  • makes me have tears in my eyes

  • THIS IS A WHONDERFUL SONG.GOD I CANT WAIT TILL I CAN FLY HOME.THANK U GOD AND JESUS FOR EVERYTHING.GOD BLESS EVERYONE.

  • i love this song

  • just love it.!!

  • Hello, I am from Brazil. This instruental is perfect. Your voice is perfect. God Bless you!!! I was very happy when I herd this beautiful voices praising Jesus. Was a wonderful surpraise for me. Remaisn firm in the rock, Jesus Christ. My dream would be to know you personally, but Brazil is very far away. But, we'll se you there in the Glory.

  • when i say that it doesnt mean i get saved again and again i only get saved once and thats it but god cant hear my pray even if i am saved if i dont ask him to forgive me first and then pray bottom line is that jesus is a loving caring loving oh and did i say loving god he will never leave me nor forsake me he will always be there for me and i know this because its in the bible and the bible is 100% true just like i am 100% sure that if i died in my sleep tonite i would go to heaven

  • @jesusismyrock456 You say He is loving but he cannot hear you if you don't ask him to forgive you. Contradictory? I think so. He has already forgiven you for everything you've ever done or WILL DO. When He died, he said It is Finished. He didn't say, OK, it is your move. Nope. He paid the price then and He forgave you then just like he did for all of us at one time. Otherwise, He'd have to die every time we asked forgiveness.

  • @Dara68 even if you dont want to take his forgiveness, you only get to choose if you are forgiven or if you arn't but he already felt your pain, and your sins. If you dont accept its your loss cause he has already done it.

  • @Dara68 before you get saved he can not hear you prayer that is what i meant. i get he paid the price for our sins i am a christian. i also meant that when you get saved your still gonna sin when you get saved your not perfect. so before you pray before bed you have to ask him to forgive him of your sins even though you already got saved your still gonna sin god cant hear when you have sinned.

  • love this song its an amazing song i love them both god is such a good god and a loving caring god i ll fly away when i die i ll fly away. god washed me white as snow that glorious day i got saved he washed my sins away what i did before i got saved doesn't even matter to god any more he has forgotten about my sins and even when i do sin which is everyday (I AM NOT PERFECT) he forgives me when i say please for give me of the sins i have last done scene i have last confessed

  • just BEAUTIFUL11111111

  • No one gets to die for me. I want the burden of my own sins. I reject that someone can wash me clean. I don't scapegoat people. Shame on those who do.

  • @mouthyweasel THAT WERE YOU ARE WRONG 'YOU CAN'T DIE FOR YOUR SELF

  • @mouthyweasel THAT WERE YOU ARE WRONG 'YOU CAN'T DIE FOR YOUR SELF

AS FOR AS THE BURDEN YOU COULD NOT HOLD IT

  • @treylee981 That has to be the dumbest thing I've seen in my inbox. We All "die for ourselves" just fine, you nitwit. I can't do anything other than bear the burden of my own sins. That's all anyone can ever do, unless they're willing to imagine that they can put their sins on someone else.... it makes no sense. TAKE responsibility for yourself! Don't pretend you can be washed clean. that's RIDICULOUS, and nothing but immoral wish thinking.

  • Washed in blood. Metaphorical Blood bathing. This poor scapegoated man. and you continue to eat his body and drink his blood. You guys are all in some weird ass death cult. Cannibals and vampires, or something. Washed clean by another man's death? So much killing. You sound like violent, blood-thirsty knuckle-dragging apes. History will likely weigh you as such.

  • are Christians crazy? Washed in BLOOD? That's disgusting. A blood bath? Killing someone else so you can be forgiven of your sins? That's called scape goating. Piling the sins of the tribe onto a sacrificial goat and driving it out into the desert to die of starvation and thirst... thereby (somehow) cleansing the tribe. And... to kill a man and think you can be forgiven. What are you? Immoral monsters in some kind of death cult? WOW!!!

  • @mouthyweasel Not exactly. This hymn is referring to Jesus Christ's sacrifice. Jesus claimed to be God dwelling among us (John 10:30), and He knew His mission. Jesus knew He was going to be betrayed and killed. (Matthew 20:17) However, He also knew that He would be resurrected, ultimately proving His divine power and LOVE. Because of God's own sacrifice for US, all who confess that the sacrifice of Jesus Christ was for our sins will be saved from judgement. It's good news =)

  • @drumrdude707 I won't accept someone being sacrificed for me. I would have tried to save him if I saw someone being killed. Even if it was from his own father. I wouldn't LET his father sacrifice him. I would fight to stop him. Killing is wrong. And I can't be cleansed by the death of another man. That's totally illogical. Also, I didn't commit any sins that are worthy of punishing me forever. I'm a good person. I try to be. If this evil is what religion is all about, I reject it.

  • @mouthyweasel We have all done something wrong. Only God is perfect, and people are not perfect, as anyone can plainly see. This is why we needed Jesus to do what He did. We can be forgiven for our wrongdoing, if we submit our lives to Him.

Although, if you insist that you're good enough to make it to heaven all by yourself, I cannot change your heart. It's a huge gamble, though. Jesus said "I AM the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father, except through Me." (John 14:6)

  • @drumrdude707 Aparantly Jesus also said, "But as for these enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, bring them here and slaughter them before me." - Luke 19:27. Despicable. So you're saying we needed a god to have his son (himself) beaten to death, (knowing he wouldn't actually die) so we needed god to fake his own death so he doesn't have to punish us for something we didn't actually do? So he doesn't have to send us somewhere that doesn't actually exist? This is madness.

  • @mouthyweasel You referred to a parable. Jesus is NOT literally commanding the slaying of his enemies right then and there. It's part of the story.

Jesus did actually die. The Roman soldiers made sure He was dead. Even so, they buried Him in an enclosed tomb, with a huge stone rolled in front of the only opening.

And I don't know what world you're living in, but people do wrong constantly. I have, and you have. No human can truthfully claim to be "perfect." That's why we need Jesus.

  • @drumrdude707 Forgive me, but it sounds like you're picking and choosing how to interpret scripture in a way that makes you feel good. I guess that's okay, but it has nothing to do with reality. You speak about the stone rolling away. Presumably you believe an angel came down and caused an earthquake. It's described differently from gospel to gospel. Hardly credible. Especially since the first gospel was written at least 40 years after Jesus had died.

  • @mouthyweasel I forgive you, but I would say that you took something out of context to make YOU feel good. So we're not going to go there.

But I'm familiar with the gospels you're talking about. They are Gnostic writings. And you're right, they are not credible, because they do not discuss the same faith that Christians have. The 4 gospels of the bible are all in agreement, and 2 of those 4 are eyewitness accounts. I would rather trust the eyewitnesses and those in agreement with that.

  • @drumrdude707 Oh. Maybe you're right about everything. By who were the eyewitness accounts made? You're not talking about Mark and Matthew are you? Why didn't Saul of Tarsus write about miracles? Virgin Birth? or any of that? His writings are the bulk of Christianity. He's the source. Pre gospels, right?

  • @mouthyweasel Matthew and John are the eyewitness accounts. Mark and Luke were not disciples, but all of their text is in alignment.

I must say that the "source" of Christianity is Jesus, not Paul. After all, what did Paul spend his life preaching? The gospel of Jesus Christ. Paul was used by God to "proclaim His name to the Gentiles" (Acts 9:15). So that's what he did. And Paul was used for miracles, which we can read about in Acts. Amazing stuff, considering he used to KILL Christians.

  • @drumrdude707 You're wrong on so many counts here. I don't know where to begin.

  • @mouthyweasel Well, I'm sorry you feel that way. But this is just history. St. Paul was a real person, and we know of his ministry because of historical records (texts about him or by him personally). He was eventually martyred around 67 AD. He would not do such things unless he was compelled.

I cannot "argue" God into your life. I can only speak of what I know of Him. I felt His calling, and I gave my life to Him, and I walk with Him daily. And no one can take that from me. God bless.

  • @mouthyweasel

Sorry. He already did. I too reject evil and religion. I accept a relationship with Him, His sacrifice and the fact that He lives. He won't punish anyone forever. Hell is you punishing yourself now by refusing His love yet still having to live with it. He loves you. You cannot change that. Try reading "The Shack" for a fresh perspective on Jesus.

  • @Dara68 You don't know if your "he" loves you. You HOPE and WISH and CHOOSE TO BELIEVE that there is a he and that he loves you, & died for you. That's wish thinking & it's delusional. Loving Deity? One who would have us suffer the horrors of disease, famine & natural disasters? Ebola, Cancer, Black Death, Bubonic Plague, Horrible Pain, Cholera, Infant mortality, Aids, Small Pox... etc. These things are indescribably ugly & cruel if part of a plan. Not a strong case for LOVING deity.

  • @mouthyweasel It is a figment of speach, being washed in the lamb. And just cause your athiest doesn't mean you have to watch these obviously reigous songs yelling at us about our beliefs. And even if Jesus doesnt love us, or even if he doesnt exist! it is our human right to believe he is there. So sure even if you dont burn in hell and we dont go to heaven, we are still gonna have a better time on earth then someone who spends their free time on youtube yelling at christians.

  • @toph787 FINALLY! Honesty. A reasonable person making a fair rebuttal. This is the first reasonable rebuttal I've heard from a religious person. And it worked. I agree with you. I apologize TO you. I'm outta here.

  • @toph787 ya and if u know ur right soo bad then y do u try to change our minds were just stupid ignorant people just leave us alone

  • @toph787 It's not a figment of speEch. "And just BEcause you'RE AN atheist doesn't ......" Ostensibly, you can't spell. Evidently you can't think critically. There's no proof for heaven or hell, so defer to my better judgment.. A staff can't turn into a snake. A sea can't be parted. This is a real world in which we find ourselves; governed by real & immutable laws. There's no such thing as resurrection, virgin birth, AND THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS VICARIOUS REDEMPTION. Free your mind.

  • @mouthyweasel

If you have gone to school you should know about the pioneers of modern science- Isacc Newton,Faraday,Edison ..and great leaders who have transformed the world positively. These people have used reason smartly with their bright mind and mojority of them were believers in Jesus Christ.

Accept the fact that they were FAR FAR better than you in using reason and still beleived in God.

Which is more reasonable, follow their example OR yours - a faceless addressless person?

  • @checkitall1 Good point. (I am well educated, however) Isaac Newton was maybe the most brilliant ape to walk the earth. No argument there. He was also very likely a deist; Certainly anti-trinitarian; a devout alchemist, not immune to magic thinking. "So far as religion of the day is concerned, it is a damned fake... Religion is all bunk." -Thomas Edison; People WANT to believe in Christs magical powers, but it's just untenable. We don't live in that world. Evidence vs. Wish Thinking.

  • @mouthyweasel

You claim you are educated and use reason.But...

" Isaac Newton was maybe the most brilliant ape..." .You reacted emotionally just like most believers would do.

You didn't refute the fact the most of them were believers in Jesus Christ. Instead you said something else.

Being an anti-trinitarian and being anti-religion is not same as not believing in Jesus. I have been to both and still beleived in Jesus.

It's proved that wishful thinking is not just believers' monopoly.

  • @mouthyweasel

Isaac Newton,Farday,Edison,Boyle,Maxwell... were most brilliant and still believed in Jesus. It really proves that even if someone has a brilliant mind and reasoning power he can still believe in Jesus. They didn't find it going against their brilliance. You being much lesser in intellectual power comparatively (and evidently) ASSUME that having more reasoning power should make one a non beleiver. You have also shown that you are emotionally on par with an average believer.

  • @mouthyweasel Sorry if I cant spell to your standards. However that doesn't change the fact, that although there is no proof for heaven or hell, there is no proof against either of them. Evolution was only proven because no one could disproof it. So perhaps Heaven and Hell could exist. Even if they dont I am going to restate the previous. We will still live happier on this earth while we worship something that might not exist, while you spend your life trolling Christian music videos.

  • @toph787 You're a total lightweight. I'm done with you. Go celebrate your voodoo.

  • @toph787

    Figure of Speech...

And, 1Co 15:19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

  • @mouthyweasel It may seem crazy to you, but it is God´s plan that He sent His Son Jesus

to give His life-His literal blood-as a sacrifice for the sins of all humanity.

    Colossians 1:14

"in whom we have redemption through His [Jesus Christ] blood, the forgiveness of sins."

Study on the word blood in the Bible. God will leave it up tp you to believe or not,

but the Truth, and the reality of Truth will remain.

  • @ministerinbrasil You guys are all scaring me. What do you mean it's God's plan? How do you know there is a guy with a plan? What's Colossians? What is all this stuff?!!! I've heard of Jesus & know he's the guy nailed to the wood. So... he was sacrificed so you don't have to be punished after you die? I don't understand. How come you guys know these things? They are intense ideas that seem to make a very important claim about reality. If you're right then we need to let everyone know.

  • @mouthyweasel "washed in blood" is jus a metaphoric statement. the bible is full of statements lik these..it doesnt mean literally. when man sinned, the only punishment ws death and hell, there ws no other way 2 save a doomed race such as ours except a sacrifice of the lamb of god hu ws jesus...being washed in blood means god forgiving our sins and wipin the slate clean when we ask 4 his forgiveness. the bible is fullof such mind bogglin metaphoric statements, thats y schlars ve gne crazy wit em

  • @mouthyweasel LOL. Christians didn't kill Christ. He came and allowed himself to be killed. He isn't a scape goat. He is a martyr. We weren't offered a choice nor are you. Your sins were paid for at the same moment mine were; when He died and Said "It is Finished".

  • awesome!

  • I love this!!
