Better than the first but you need to run over some of your material before you start. Most comics have an idea of what they want to talk about. I'm not saying remember all of what you want to say unless that's what the act calls for. Relax a little bit and even have a bottle of water to help you out. Other than that just let the material flow naturally and it'll be all good.
