omg i luv doctor who. i just started watching it. it PWNZ... so awesome! I don't like the old ones tho. THEY'RE PURE CHEESE! THEY ALSO RULE! Hehe, I love the old episodes but can't stand the new series. The charm of the origional was in quirky characters and conversations and the amazingly convoluted plots. The new one just aims to be a bad soap opera using a old license. It does have one good feature to be fair. They have a bigger budget which means more Dalek/Cybermen goodness (in some old episodes they barely appeared). Too bad they can't give them a decent plotline to go along with it.

I disagree, when you see all the episodes, all of it comes together eventually, the focus is just elsewhere apart from th old ones. I love them all.

you've got a point, i reakon Daleks are a symbol of the show and shudn't not be used, but in moderation that RTD just doesnt have. And yeah I'd like to see Mondas Cybermen, having the ending with Rose kinda cuts off visits from the cybermen without potentially a Rose return, having said that Series 4......
