I wonder whether there are guitarists who use the same fingering for the initial melody as I do: I play the D on the D-string and the A on the A-string, so both at the twelfth fret, while letting ring as much notes as is possible. So the first phrase starts with L.H. fingering 1, 2, 3, 4, 2, 3, 1 and for the rest I maintain the same stretching principle, so to speak. Check out my 'video's', you'll notice that I like the contemporary stuff.
