  • Hi,I have been trying to post for half of an hour. When I watch your video the inside of my head keeps telling me to turn off and my hands twich.

    I can not afford therpy anymore so I am unsure what I have other then Depression and severe Anxiety.

    smilesalot31 - you are so right that everyone is different and that does make it complex. i also appreciate individuality and support what it is like for anyone dealing with this. for me, it's like i had to learn to accept the inside individuality and then i could accept how it was different for others.

  • Hi, thanks for the info. When I was diagnosed with DID 2 years ago, I thought everyone with DID was the same but it's so complex and everyone is different. I'm always learning. I appreciate every person's individuality in general, and those with dissociative disorders.
