    You don't work all your muscles in the same session anyway, you need to space out what you do, work different muscle groups, cardio etc.

  • @ClarenceCarter12 his workout is probably a 3 hour work out, to mention everything he does and get a demonstration on what he does is a bit unrealistic unless you want a 45min video which he is probably saving for any future fitness DVD's he might bring out?

  • @ClarenceCarter12 I never heard him say that?? You rest assure he is squatting 400lbs or more to develop his quads, and dead lifting just as much for hams and glutes. These guys are Pros...they don't leave any muscle group out.
